05/18/2020 I had to visit the MTS communication salon on Leninskaya Street for the second time. Just like the first time, a boorish woman sat at customer service, hung with long hair that completely covered her name badge. When asked to turn off paid services, she rolled her eyes and replied "call the operator and turn it off yourself" This is not the whole conversation, in which she tried to convey that this was not her official duty, responding in a dissatisfied tone and being rude. To sell tomatoes at the market like her, and not to serve customers, I think many residents of our city who contacted this communication salon will agree with me, since there was a client in front of me with whom she was also not very polite.
