Thank you for at least canceling the contract and removing the obligation for this device.
For the second time, we applied for a refund for a low-quality device. The employee offered to refund the money through MTS-money. I was asked to pay the debt for the Internet, which I no longer used. I paid and the operator girl said that everything was fine, the conversation was terminated! But a year later, I received a summons from bailiffs in the amount of 70 rubles of debt to MTS. It's just that the operator girl deceived me by saying that the debt was repaid. MTS came up with another debt amount of 20 rubles for me and specifically waited about another year for the penalty to grow for a long time. After that, when the amount grew to 70 rubles, they sent this amount for collection to the department of compulsory execution of punishment of the Partiza district! The department explained to me that they always do this by deceiving their customers! MTS in Belarus work like scammers and they get away with everything! Such an MTS Brand, I live in Russia and there are no complaints, but why do they work in Belarus using the MTS brand as scammers and scammers and do not bear any responsibility for this!
