That's what really always surprises in MTS salons in Belarus, that out of four or five employees, only one employee is engaged in customer service. The others are busy with their own affairs. So it is in this salon. I was lucky that when I came to the salon, there were no visitors. And one of the employees took over the design of my SIM card. During this time, three more customers came up, but for some reason they were all sent to the queue after me, and the other three salon employees continued to do some of their "important" things. Perhaps I don't understand something, but in the Russian Federation, in MTS salons, I have not observed such a thing.
The SIM card was issued to me pretty quickly, the service is polite and friendly!

For some reason, she sent me home to get a card, at least she explained something reasonable at the same time, as a result, there was no money on the card, no phone, no prepayment from the seller....Do you read on your faces how tired you are of customers, attention-understanding is absolutely zero, you are not asked to bow to the waist in front of customers, but elementary attention and respect can be included?
