The number of which was linked to the passport, and at the moment I discovered it, as it turned out, another person was already using it. This card cannot be returned. And I spent another week on Oriental studies for another issue. I can only thank the best operator in Belarus for their unlikely work and the specialists who know their job.

Then a man came, took a ticket, and only after that I realized that there was an electronic queue in this institution. My queue number was called for some reason after those who were BEHIND me. During the registration process, the operator was constantly distracted by solving the problem of the second client. When I tried to give the operator a bank card forgotten by someone, I was answered "I don't need it!" I'm unlikely to come here again - even if it's better further from home, but with normal service.
My daughter came in 6 minutes before closing time to buy a charger. The consultant did not fully listen to her, replied that they did not have any chargers. I'm sorry, WHAT?! The communication salon, where they sell phones and not only, does not have chargers available?!?!?! It's absurd!!!! Review the competence of employees! Hire not only for "appearance"!!!! Or teach with dignity!!!!!!!!!!
The guy in this office has no interest in keeping clients. I went in to transfer the number to another operator, clarified what good offers there are in comparison with competitors - zero interest. So the consultant also incorrectly suggested the existence of obligations to MTS. Because of this, the transfer of the number was rejected. The appeal was on 14/05 at 18:00.
A terrible operator, I do not advise you to connect in general, you can disconnect in a certain place only, you cannot repay the debt in cash, they connect a bunch of additional services that you do not ask for.
