Terrible attitude!
Today, on Masherov, 29.12, there was no one at the window except the client, 2 specialists at the point, No. 27 was taken. After 5-7 minutes, I was called, but🤷♀️
In the client window, to the question: where to go?, answer: wait 15-20 minutes more! I notice there was no one at the point! What is this? The desire to be serviced has disappeared completely!
The authenticity of my review can be checked by video cameras! I would like to ask the rokodstvo: does the staff work for management or for clients? I think that it is necessary to instruct the staff and familiarize them once again with the quality management!
