Most of all, it is pleasant that the company provides the opportunity to connect the service "50 minutes of international calls" (Calls abroad at a special price) for 10 rubles 86 kopecks. Despite the advantages of the tariff plan, earlier, when I had two smartphones and used a TWIN card, I did not have enough traffic - 15 GB. I had to connect the Picnic service, which allows you to use two GB of traffic at unlimited speed, as indicated on the MTS website. Picnic also allows you to use MTS music and press services for free. I would also like to tell you about one important service of the company. This is an SMS Extra package of SMS services that provides the subscriber with additional features when using SMS. This service is always connected to me.

So they charged it for me and helped me install everything. The only disadvantage is that there is no cash register to pay for communication. And you have to pay through the service terminal. And he doesn't give out change. But you can pay with a card. Overall, the impression was the most positive! If necessary, I will contact only this salon!
Unfortunately, employees do not have proper training and clients are told real nonsense. For example, if a SIM card is removed from the phone, then beeps should go and the caller who is calling should hear the beeps as if no one is answering.
The service is good. But I need to talk to the operator, not the bot! I'm calling two numbers and there's a bot everywhere! And I need a live specialist. I live outside the city! And I can't go to the center of Brest to find out one question. This question is NOT found anywhere in the FAQ!
