I handed over the insurance watch for repair, while the repair was underway, the insurance was over. I found out that it could be extended only when I came to pick up the watch. Naturally, it was no longer possible to extend the insurance. If it wasn't so difficult to warn in advance, there is a possibility to extend it. Thanks to the staff that I was left without insurance.
The logic of the service is not clear. There are 2 people in the hall, one is engaged in decoration, the other is just walking around the hall (there are no visitors). It is unclear why it is impossible for two people to serve customers with coupons at once
