I came to their salon with 2 small children. We just wanted to buy a speaker. After a long wait in line, we were already next... when MTS saw that I had a purchase, they decided to take the next client, who, in their opinion, would be served faster. The mood turned sour, we decided to make a purchase in another store. The residue remained from such maintenance.
The logic of the service is not clear. There are 2 people in the hall, one is engaged in decoration, the other is just walking around the hall (there are no visitors). It is unclear why it is impossible for two people to serve customers with coupons at once
Good afternoon. I do not recommend this store. The sales consultant, in my opinion, was not engaged in her direct duties . When I made a remark, she giggled and said something I didn't hear. I wasted my time, I left with nothing. I just wanted to buy a birthday present.

Boorish and sarcastic communication of employees in Vitebsk.. They are trying to impose paid services.. they laugh.. They're grinning.. they are rude.. We have issued a SIM card.. They were leaving the building.. An employee ran after us and took a picture of us for some reason.. The feeling that he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs! The SIM card was issued for 1.5 hours.. Never connect to MTS..
We came to the communication salon at 4 o'clock, during still working hours in the hope of receiving the necessary services, we were refused service, citing the fact that they did not work. Working hours have not ended yet, and there are no announcements that they are not working today (October 14).
After registering a local SIM card with passport data, the campaign data immediately leaked. Advertising and offers began, and a week later, a week later, some bank (dobrobyt, in my opinion) began sending SMS messages about debt, etc
Going on a trip from Russia to Belarus, without studying the subject of mobile communication, entering the territory of the state, roaming ate the money in the mobile account, the Internet and the navigator turned off.
Thanks to the staff of the MTS office at Moskovsky ave., 9 cor. 1, Vitebsk, we managed to establish communication and continue the trip. For which we are very grateful!
