A pretty nice girl , politely offered a choice of both a tariff and a relatively inexpensive phone . I am a pensioner, so I connected the tariff for pensioners and took a new phone. I can't imagine how people use the Mts connection! The connection itself is of excellent quality. The big "But" is the cost of communication and service. I was trying to put money on my phone. The question is, what are they for? Sell chargers and headphones? The operator said that it was necessary to go to the central office, to Krestyanskaya!? What kind of nonsense is this? I went to the post office, there are about 20 people in the queue. Can you wait? Does such a rich company have no terminals?! Nowhere! Darkness! How can you live like this? But there are a lot of advertisements for electric cars around the city! I can imagine where they can get energy?! How can you live like this? You have money and you can't buy yourself an elementary service.
