Полностью отсутствует понимание ситуации с которой обратился клиент. Попросил подключить безлимитный интернет на пару дней, работники под конец смены были не особо заинтересованы в консультации и предоставлении услуги, сидели в личных телефонах. По итоге дали ложную информацию, что все успешно подключено. Находясь в другом городе выяснилось, что интернета нет. Пришлось идти в салон повторно. Как оказалось услугу не до конца подключили и за время не пользования ею, списались деньги уже за эту недоуслугу! Читайте отзывы и берегите свое время.
Дружелюбный персонал. Спокойно и подробно всё рассказали и помогли оформить сим-карту. В том числе бесплатно помогли сразу поменять сим-карту. Спокойно отвечали на все вопросы.

Забежала закинуть деньги на телефон. Наличными, крупная купюра. Автомат сдачи не даёт. Минут 15 мялась с талончиком (единственная в очереди), чтобы услышать, что касс у них нет...
К персоналу притензий нет.
Огромная благодарность за WiFi. Поездка в Витебск была спонтанной, потому сразу не догадалась скачать карту. Благодаря доступу к интернету удалось вызвать такси до хостела.
Место где находится супер,прямо хочется забрать,хотя и не большое помещение,однако работают очень активные и приятные люди, которые и посоветуют и помогут!!!
