We stayed in Minsk for several days and faced a disgusting attitude towards MTS subscribers ((( unfortunately, I did not look at the seller's name emotionally... it was on Sunday, August 25th, 2024. Unprofessionalism and indifference just killed!
Indeed, one of the worst MTS branches in Minsk. I come 2 times in a row, wait for 35-40 minutes just to connect a SIM card (and both times I did not wait), and the consultants, instead of serving the queue, sit in their phones and "wait" for paperwork.
The operator is not competent at all , could not solve half of the requests ( an elementary change of plan )

And MTS does everything through J. There is no money on the balance sheet - there should be no service! And moreover, there should be no minus for those services that a person did not use! (packages on the Internet tariff plan connect themselves, even if you don't need the Internet yet, you have to pay off the debt without using the service, then pay FOR GETTING OUT OF the LOCK!!! and only then turn off the sim or put it on a paid one! Pause!! The terms of the tariffs are changed without notice. The cost of services is not justified!
How long have your employees been working? Of course, I understand that they don't care because the working day won't change. But working with a person for 20 minutes or more is also such a thing.
I've been there 2 times, and only one ticket office is always open. Fortunately, the queues are not large and the average waiting time is 10 minutes. There are no complaints about the service.
A small but cozy MTS salon. Two disadvantages are that when there are a lot of people, it's crowded, and there's not a very large selection of phones and accessories. Both disadvantages are due to the fact that the salon is small. As it is, everything is fine. And the staff is excellent and there is a payment acceptance machine, so that you don't have to stand in line, if anything.
An electronic queue is convenient. But the work of one or two consultants creates a huge queue and you have to wait a long time. They advise well, they always helped with all questions.
