Surprisingly, the staff did not even offer a phone on duty in return, and it was not announced that there was none available-i.e. I did not even know that this was possible, I use a phone that crumbles. When my phone came, alas, not in two weeks as promised, okay, holidays, we are all people. They gave me a phone, oh, everything looks perfect, for some reason I wanted to check it!!! And my phone doesn't work, it doesn't turn on, it died, I asked to charge it, after a while - they don't do it here, they put it on charge, they tried to turn it on for more than an hour-alas, they take it back for repair! Although the phone was without problems in this regard and again in return for me (in my ignorance) They didn't offer me anything. Today, I tried to contact the office - no one knows anything!!!!
