They took out a model to hold in their hands, not from the showcase. Taken. To the question "why is it cheaper than the price tag? " I received the response "shares". As a result, I ended up with a phone of the same model, but with different characteristics (less memory). Unfortunately, I only saw this at home. It is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. I don't absolve myself of the blame, I should have checked it myself. But none of the employees even apologized for such negligence. It may even be encouraged. The response to the appeal was "you should have made sure...You should have checked...you signed..." I'm sorry, but what do you have to do? Then why are there so many employees if they are not responsible for anything?

If you forgot your password and if it is restored, this is no longer a warranty case. Since I forgot the documents on my phone, I came to go get them. It turned out that they were not needed, everything can be installed using a passport and a phone box. They started dealing with my problem after my wife said that they should contact the central office. An attempt to explain the problem to an employee at the second workplace caused, to put it mildly, an incorrect reaction - you reset all factory settings and simply do not know how to use the phone. The attitude towards clients in A1 is completely different. Learn to work with them.
Disgusting attitude towards customers, the staff is not able to answer the simplest questions, they speak in memorized phrases, they do not know if they have a boss who can solve the problem for them, because they themselves cannot do it. They sold a low-quality product, tore it off at the sale, saying that it was better to take a more expensive watch, they would work better and longer. No one warned about problems with the watch when linking it to the phone. The organization does not want to solve this problem itself, but sends it to the manufacturers, although the organization itself, as an intermediary, should solve problems with the manufacturer, and not I should contact them. I also wanted to buy a watch for myself, but I definitely won't buy them at MTS, otherwise it will turn out like with this watch, I will give 1000 rubles for the watch, but I won't be able to use it. So I would not advise anyone to buy anything from MTS
