Zero customer orientation, bureaucracy and indifference of employees.
I come to the office, get in line. After 15 minutes, I go to the window, ask for a flashcard, they tell me its cost, and then - we will not accept you, take a coupon. I take the ticket, and three more people are in front of me, and the place at the window was taken, the employee began to register another person. Accordingly, the staff is purple that I was kicked out of the queue. After all, the main thing is the ticket!!!
I'm waiting for another 20 minutes. I go to the window and ask for the flashcard again. They bring it to me, they call the cost 16 rubles. I give 50 rubles, there is no less bill. The time is 16 o'clock, there were 50 customers ahead of me, judging by the number. The staff, without looking at the cash register!!!, tells me - we will not have change, go change it.
That is, I stood for 35 minutes to hear about the lack of change at 4 p.m., when, judging by the number, they had 50 customers in a day!!!!
Well, accordingly, the offer was, as soon as you change, stand in line for another 20 minutes, because you can only enter it with a coupon.
I do not recommend this salon to anyone, go to the Euroset or Computer 1 nearby. At least there are no such disgusting staff there
