When asked to tell something about a certain model, they say literally 3 words, if the model is not to their taste, then they do not hesitate to tell the client in plain text that he has bad taste and it is better to look at something from more expensive models. It was unpleasant to be there, it felt like I was being scolded for liking a certain phone. Don't set foot there anymore.

If he says that he takes a specific phone, you don't have to convince him almost aggressively to buy the one that is more profitable for you to sell. Well, the main thing is, when comparing the cameras of two phones, turn on portrait mode, turn on blurring effects on one of them, and try to deceive the client, they say, what a bad camera, blurs, whitens, not that this smartphone is 100p more expensive, this is a criminal matter. Stop deceiving customers. Until this is corrected, not a foot in this department.

I came in one day at the end of the working day. The girls were clearly in a bad mood that they had to work longer than usual. The situation is clear. Tact in conversation has not been canceled. The conversations at elevated tones came as a surprise, especially the passive-aggressive dialogue in the spirit of not looking into the eyes of the client, a clear sign of the lack of professionalism of the employees.

A complete deception! We bought a protective glass + gave money for sticking it on, so it fell off a day later, as a result of which a crack appeared on the glass. The salon refused to change it for us, referring to the fact that there is mechanical damage on the glass! But the crack appeared because the glass fell off!
