And yes, I was going to buy, I only clarified that the phone was not a demo from the showcase and about the warranty card (which nevertheless should not be a criterion for the admissibility of such employee behavior).
I want to leave a review about the MTS cellular communication salon, which is located in the MOMO shopping center.
Last year I bought a Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro phone and everything was fine until 06/26/2023, until the phone broke. It was still almost 2 months before the end of the warranty period and I decided to take it to the salon under warranty. We looked at the salon and made sure that the phone really does not work and offered several solutions : 1) replacement with good quality goods; 2) repair; 3) termination of the contract and refund of money. I was satisfied with the option with the product of proper quality, but the consultant Yulia Gennadyevna (if I remember the patronymic correctly) said that there is no such phone now and they can offer either repairs or break the contract. I chose to break the contract, gave the phone back and prepared to wait 14 days. They called me on 06/29/2023 and joyfully announced that the phone was repaired and you can come and pick it up. To say that I was surprised is to say nothing. I arrived at the salon and asked on what basis it was repaired without my consent, there is a termination of the contract in the acceptance certificate. To which the same consultant Julia began to bleat at me about 30% of the cost – if the repair is less than 30% percent, then the defect is insignificant, which means the phone is being repaired. When asked where it is prescribed, she replied that it is not prescribed anywhere and it is in the law on consumer rights and this applies to all complex equipment, and they (consultants) will not retell this law to anyone. And yet the question of why I was not notified about the repair and whether they had the right to do it on their own initiative remained with me and I contacted the consumer protection service and it turned out to be a common practice for MTS so that when applying to the court it would be impossible to establish whether this defect was significant. So I want to leave a few recommendations for those who will risk buying something from MTS and apply for a warranty: 1) carefully read the acceptance certificate upon delivery (the consultant wrote that only the middle of the screen did not work, and the whole screen did not work, but I saw this already at home); 2) they are obliged to notify you about the repair if you have in the acceptance certificate it is written about the replacement of goods or the termination of the contract; 3) do not listen not about any 30% of the cost, it is not prescribed in the law on consumer rights; 4) but it is better to avoid these salons. Well, a consultant from the consumer protection service suggested that I go to court, at least for compensation for moral damage.
Actually, this communication salon leaves very two-fold impressions, even at the beginning of the summer I tried to connect a brownie TP here, so the most interesting thing is that I barely received consultations on this tariff, at first the consultant could not understand for a long time what kind of tariff it was and was confused about the connection conditions and price, showed on the website,then when connecting it suddenly turned out that there is binding (although to be honest I didn't see about it) I had to postpone this event and go for the whistle, but in any case I already went to another office for backup
A good salon. We bought a phone for a child. There are a lot of people, but this is not surprising, there is only one MTS salon in the area. Special thanks to consultant Ivan for his politeness, patience and useful information in choosing a phone.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to set zero. The salon staff is zero, the service center is zero. The staff deceives and is rude, recalls consumer protection and rudely advises to read the law. But turning to consumer protection, it turned out that the "experts" had not read the law they were referring to. I do not advise you to purchase goods and generally contact a company whose employees blatantly lie and are rude.
A good department, the guys are trying their best. Of course, there are distortions, especially with customer service. But we are all living people. Now imagine that you work there.

We bought a phone, which was soon brought back, because it was not charging. They took him for diagnosis, and then gave him back with the words that we had filled him with something, so it was our own fault. There was neither time nor energy to argue. The phone was lying at home, and then, as there was free money, they decided to fix it and gave it to another repair and it turned out that the phone was not filled with anything and it was in the charging compartment, it was changed and everything works fine. But now MTS and even more so their repair is no longer a foot away, because most likely they did not look at our phone and in order not to fix it for free they said that we were to blame and gave it away. You can't work with people like that, much less cheat.
