In this office, we take a SIM card for one month on vacation (guest rate) when we arrive from Russia.
In 2024, they take pictures with a webcam during registration. The passport data with such a photograph gives you the full right to confirm banking transactions, that's what turned out.
Two weeks later, someone issued a microloan for me, which is confirmed by the Credit History database. And we still don't know where it might be.
According to the law in Belarus, this photography violates the rights of a citizen and MTS has no right to oblige subscribers to take photos.
