The dormitory is blocky, the buildings are old, constant repairs, painting, power and water supply interruptions, the electrical wiring is old, water has flowed into the roof panels, new elevators have been replaced after repairs, concrete structures on the balconies in the laundry rooms have been reinforced so that the wind does not blow and the concrete frame does not fall off, the defects of the repairmen leave much to be desired, and after insulation The buildings still have unpainted pieces of glass wool sticking out, the slopes are not installed on the window sills outside the balconies.
Well, it's not perfect, of course, but I lived in a hostel (1st) where conditions are worse.
