I fell for the reviews and regretted it. I didn't like it!
It is crowded, conversations of neighboring tables can be heard (and there is not enough space for all of them).
Food: caesar salad with shrimp - my portion (was 2) - less than my son's. That's okay. But there are 3 (three) shrimps in the salad, three - for 25 RUBLES! Not full
Pepperoni pizza is not bad, though rather salty.
Dessert: we were at 16, there was almost nothing left. But since my son D.R. chose from what was left. Chocolate-cherry- tasteless, absolutely, nothing. A dry, very dry piece of dough. Cherries were not noticed. The son who loves desserts has mastered half. He said - the worst that he tried (.
There are no questions about drinks. Juice and juice, water and water.
There was no candle for dessert. Worth a penny (shame).
And my favorite: the face of the institution is the san node. The smell of sewage is terrible. To press flush, you need to lower the lid (I'm squeamish). An ill-conceived design.

We came for breakfast on February 26th, at 11:00, we started eating at about 12, we came, we were not offered a place, we sat down ourselves (this is still normal), but we waited for 20 minutes for the menu, because "I'm serving another table now", then they tell us that the cheesecakes will be ready in 30 minutes As a result, we ordered omelets (there are no questions about the kitchen, it was delicious)
Not only that, for a very long time, when the plates were removed, one had half a portion and the question was "Well, are you full? I can clean up"
Instead of the waiter, we were served by the bartender, the barista, and the client's friend at the next table.

We decided with the girl to visit all the most stylish and cozy cafes / coffee shops in this wonderful city. I was advised to visit this institution. Look, the rating is derived from 4 components: price, service, taste and interior.
Everything is in order:
1. The prices were insanely pleased. For two desserts and tea, the price tag came out ~ 10p. There is definitely respect here. "The same restaurant with cafe habits." Cool
2. Regarding the taste. We took Napoleon and Salted Caramel. We definitely recommend it.
3. Maintenance. Very nice girls, without much difficulty, helped to create a good one. Without chic, but extremely comfortable.
4. The last phrase is great for describing the interior. That's exactly how it is.
As a result: a great place that will definitely get into our list of "the best". A place that we will be very happy to visit more than once and recommend to our friends.

At this point, it seems that they do not need reviews and customer orientation, they just need to squeeze out more revenue. The first cafe where this happened. There is no desire to repeat the trip there. If you want to spend time with a friend and chat with a delicious dessert, then I do not recommend this place.

When the bill arrived, we were shocked, there is no discount, the waiter could not explain why.
