Convenient shopping center near the promenade and the beach. There is a McDonald's on the basement (unfortunately it is quite expensive and tasteless there), a lot of good inexpensive mass market stores for Israel. Where there is a food court there is a line-a balcony with tables and a panoramic view of the sea.
The shopping center has 3 floors, there are well-known shops, and there are small cozy private clothing and cosmetics stores. There is a makdak on the 1st floor and in the basement, the menu differs from the Russian one.
