A pawnshop where customers are deceived.
A friend bought a phone from them. And instead of 45,000, she gave 85,000, confused 10,000 and 20,000.
The mistake was discovered at home, I gave her the money myself. The next day we went to the pawnshop. The manager said he couldn't watch the cameras, he had to wait for the receptionist. Which, by the way, was at the checkout that day.
We waited half a day. They left, then returned, he finally arrived and, miraculously, could not turn on the images from the cameras. It turns out that their system is updated every 40 days. And it had to be so coincidental that it had just started to be updated.
He swore and swore that he would call a programmer and send us a recording tomorrow. And that if he made a mistake and is guilty, he will return everything, including the cost of the phone.
The next day we received nothing. We wrote to them on WhatsApp. A day later, we were told that the programmer does not work on weekends. And the administrator did not know this right away?!
And finally today the answer came that on this particular day there was no recording from the cameras and there was no extra money in the cash register!
Of course there weren't any! The administrator must have seen the mistake and immediately put them in his pocket.
And how many coincidences there are, then the system rebooted, then the cameras did not write at all.
Although they assured us there that this does not happen, they work with people who rent and pawn goods and the camera writes everything to avoid misunderstandings.
In general, the price of a damaged reputation is 40,000 tenge. And I advise you to fire the administrator!
