But no sooner had I crossed the threshold (I came with a small dog, a Pomeranian), than an unpleasant man sitting at the counter stood up and asked in raised tones to leave the dog on the street, waving his hand at the exit.
What really prevented the "master" from a small decorative dog remains a question for me. I go with my pomeranian to all shops, including grocery stores, and no one has ever been kicked out or denied service.
I will say frankly that he is an extremely unpleasant type, he does not set foot in this workshop anymore.
It is a pity that I did not read the reviews in advance, and I would not have gone at all, although I had repeatedly applied before and there were no problems and questions about servicing and fulfilling orders.
But, as it turned out, everything is changing, both the service and the quality of service.
Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
I brought shorts to this "cantor" to sew up the seam. The shorts were previously machine-washed and dried. A friend with a beard refused to repair it, because in his opinion the shorts are dirty , smelly, greasy… A person is sitting on his own wave. It's just some kind of nonsense, the real thing. I highly recommend not contacting this place, there are many ateliers on Malinovka that will not refuse to help you. Shame on such people in the service sector.
I turned to this workshop for help: the insoles in sandals began to be trampled. The master (the girl) examined and offered to glue another insoles on top of the leather. I decided to listen to the master and do so.
When I took the sandals, I found that in one of them the insole is poorly glued: there is air between it and the native insole. When walking, the leg is uncomfortable and an extraneous sound appears.
When contacting the workshop one day after the elimination of this moment, I heard the abstruse speeches of the master (this time a male master worked) about push legs (they are all different ), about the fact that he has been engaged in shoes since the 90s and assures me that everything is OK, and I have the presence of air under it just seems like an insole.
As a result, he was ready to take the sandals to work and eliminate this defect, but for a fee!
If everything is OK, then what are you going to eliminate? And if it's not OK, then why for money? 5 days of warranty at the time of the request has not passed.
Conclusion:
I do NOT RECOMMEND this workshop, because THEY will RUIN SHOES, and then, looking into my eyes, they will tell nonsense about pushy legs and why I should not believe my hands and eyes, but believe the master from the 90s ).
Fast quality service, 10-15 minutes and the key to the intercom is ready! I recommend

The order was not placed anywhere in the documents, i.e. the information was lost. After leaving, they contact the masters. They ask you to come later. I used to rent boots to make short ones out of long ones. Stupidly cut off the top and sew it. They took the money in the region of 50p, and made a blunder - crooked cut and crooked seam. That's what was difficult there?)) Just trim and just stitch. The leather is soft, not oak... The remains of the top had to be demanded, since they decided to keep them for themselves, and these are 2 pieces of good Italian leather and high-quality accessories. We could have used the material in repairing other shoes (and charged people for it), but since I didn't really like the quality of the work for that kind of money, I basically demanded my property back.
I do not particularly recommend this workshop, there is a name and the hands of the masters do not exactly match the name.
I was repairing a briefcase. The original handle mount has been ordered to live a long time. Buying a new one because the handle came off is not an option, it's almost the same as buying a new car when the ashtray is full. In the workshop, they listened to me carefully, treated me with understanding, and offered several options. Literally two days and voila! - the briefcase is as good as new. High-quality, reliable and fast. Wonderful workshop, wonderful workers. Great!
The agreement was with the master that if I bring an axe by 6 pm, it will be sharpened today, I drove half the city, I handed over the tool at exactly 18.00. Artyom said that he would not sharpen and left, even without a kind word, I know that the master had to work until 7. You can't do that with people, Artyom. You could at least apologize, everyone has a different and bad mood, anger at work. It's hard to live with dignity, but it's worth it. Remember.

We thought about where we could sharpen knives, we were too lazy to do it ourselves, and we successfully saw this workshop. Well, we gave them knives (4-5 pieces), we came to pick them up. The knives were in some kind of greenish substance (according to the master, who apparently was engaged, it was goi paste, I had never seen it live, but I was surprised that knives were sharpened with so much fine-grained mass, they (knives) generally had to cut hair on the fly after it). We came home and checked it out. The knives were blunt, and they still are. It's not clear what they were doing with them or if they were doing anything at all. As a result, I bought a whetstone and sharpened it myself. It cuts better than after their "goi paste".
As they say, if you want to do well, do it yourself.
They do not forget to take the money, but they forget to give out the receipt for the delivery of the goods and then demand to pay a dime for its absence.

This is a divorce, not a workshop. back in the spring, we came there to shorten our trousers, because Yandex.map had a note about the promotion that they would charge 4.50rubles for the service we needed (by the way, this mark is still available). the masters began to defiantly roll their eyes and pretend that they did not know about this, and if there was an action, it was over a long time ago. but they calculated us for 5 rubles. and only because I started photographing the data of the head and various documents that hung on the wall in front of them. then I contacted the head, he, in turn, began to drive to Yandex.map, saying that they had messed up and he would definitely figure it out. and so months later, I looked for the sake of interest, but nothing has changed. The promotion is still hanging. Therefore, I think that the mark in Yandex.map that the manager is monitoring the information is not true, as is the information about the discount.
2. The master asked about something using her professional terminology, I asked her to clarify what she meant. instead of explaining, the red-haired lady with a certain deformity of the nose and face in general, rolled her eyes, pointedly looked at her friend, smiled unpleasantly, saying, "look how stupid they are," and then began to explain.
