It's a terrible hospital, I definitely won't go a second time!I went to the emergency room today, the treatment was terrible, the staff treated me terribly!They were laughing, apparently, because I was without an adult, so what's the big deal?What do you mean, we're not human?What if you need to be treated like this for free?They also laughed because I came with a sore nail, well, I didn't break it on purpose, but your staff laughed at it, it's your job to inspect, provide first aid, and they didn't even treat me properly, just dug up iodine and wrapped a bandage?What if it festers and I'm left without a finger at all?so terrible staff!!!

I express my gratitude to all the staff for their work!
I will even say that this hospital is the best in our city. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable, now and so it was 12 years ago when I was there for the first time. I am writing on behalf of a patient who himself has been in this hospital 5 times. He underwent 2 operations in it, surgeons with many years of experience. I have to have another operation, but unfortunately I am already 18 years old. I have never met such kind staff as here, everyone is very polite and kind and masters of their craft. Throughout the treatment, the doctors always told my mother everything about my condition, discussed everything. When contacting the emergency room, everything was done very quickly.
The game room was always fun and interesting.
In general, a great hospital, thanks for everything!

Everything is very good. All medical staff are qualified specialists, everything is at the highest level and an individual approach to each child. Everything is fine, Except Thursday, fish day - it's 3/5
