Good morning. Multi service is the best phone repair service. The employees are really interested in fixing the equipment and getting the best result. I was running out of a worldwide warranty, there were a couple of days left before it expired and the staff solved the problem very quickly, without hesitation, took the phone and sent it to the service in another country. I came across a defective main camera in the iPhone 15 Pro, the phone is 3 months old (a large black dot appeared on the 3x magnification). I contacted this service center, where they carried out diagnostics and sent the device to Poland.

I want to thank the guys from this service, because they treat their customers very carefully and fairly: they do not take money if they see that they have not changed anything special in the device itself, although after disassembling and assembling them, the device starts working normally. They are afraid of the Master's Business!))) The guys are all like a selection, they have a magical effect on the technique! The equipment in their hands is getting in order! it's true! These are wizards of their craft! This is not the first time I have addressed them. The masters are ready to meet the client and help with word and deed! They say as is, they are ready to check your device for free if you buy used from someone else's hands. This bribes and motivates them to turn to them again in order to be able to thank them with money for such an approach to their potential customers. Absolutely not "hoochers". The prices are affordable...I recommend it if there are problems...with gadgets. My son found this service when he was buying a used laptop...I drove up with the seller and was surprised at the objectivity of the master's approach, I commented on everything very correctly: both pros and cons...and he very carefully communicated with the seller and the buyer, without taking sides. I immediately wanted to give them my laptop to check and put in order... everything was done carefully and now my laptop is as new, ready to work again, I was dealing with the problem of opening the monitor cover and the poor operation of the touchpad buttons...everything is working fine now! I contacted the service with the need to replace the screen in the watch (there was a slight crack, it did not affect the work, attached a photo). I made the choice of the service in favor of multy.by solely because of the promised shorter deadlines than the official representative.
I contacted the service on June 24 (at that time the watch was in use for a little more than 2 months, i.e. under warranty, but since the case is not guaranteed, it did not bother me).
The watch was taken away after 2 months. Without taking into account the fact that not the whole set was issued and I had to go to them again (and I live far away), I did not attach much importance to this.
but! The problems with the clock started very quickly. After the repair, the battery seemed to have been replaced: instead of the usual week, it did not hold even half a day. In this regard, I had to contact the service again. I was convinced that these repairs are not connected in any way and it can't be that way. And the diagnostics of the service was able to establish only time intervals, how quickly the battery runs out (I don't quite understand how this helps me). They convinced me that it was a factory defect. I turned to the official service center for maintenance, where, according to the results of diagnostics, warranty service was refused to me, due to "traces of unskilled repairs".
The conflict situation remained unresolved. They didn't want to give me the contacts of the management to try to resolve it.
The main argument of the service, as far as I understand, is "a damaged device cannot work correctly because it is damaged."
I would also like to note that the payment in the service is exclusively cash, there is no receipt, the warranty period will be written to you by hand.

If you are going to buy an iPhone with your hands, be sure to check it at the service center. It so happened that I bought a phone in which only the board was alive, everything else was not original spare parts. Although the ad stated that the phone was "not bit painted."

They promised that I would be able to pick it up on the 3rd day. At the end of the 3rd day, I called back to find out how things were going. They said that they still need 2 days, they are looking for a battery. On the 5th day, they called and said that the watch was ready. I came to pick it up, I turn it on-the upper part of the screen is striped. The problem was not reported when calling. They tried to put the blame on me. They offered to buy a display and they will supply it for free. He refused, because new such watches are slightly more expensive. They took off a new battery and gave away a watch with a non-working display!

I would put 0 stars. I gave the tablet for repair. They said the charging controller flew. Not available yet. We waited a long time, 2 months. Then they call and say maybe you need to replace the entire fee? I don't understand - you are an expert. As a result: after 3 months, a call, everything is ready, take it away, you will be charged 150 rubles, plus a new charging cord for 30 rubles. I come home, but this is not my tablet, the sound is not the same, it works so "fast" ... That I have a calculator at the office compared to the latest model of a supercomputer. I didn't understand. I came to them, they say, but you have an old one. I'm saying that at least it worked clearly on the internet. They shrugged their shoulders, and I trudged home. By the way, such mini tablets from 180 rubles work on the Internet.)))) Anyway, this information reached my brother, he says check the IMEI number, I check it, and he's different!!!! I'm back in this multi-service. They say, oh yes, it was easier to change the fee, and that's what we did. Now I'm thinking of contacting the police, let them rustle what stolen things they are repairing... As a result, 180 rubles were spent. A lot of time was spent traveling and finding out. Plus gasoline, I live outside the city.

3 stars in my understanding means ok. I changed the battery in Xiaomi. The price is average, the company's working time is up to 20, others have less. The courier is free, friendly. They were picked up at 12.00 and brought, as agreed, by 18.00. You can pay by card, but you need to tell them in advance to take the terminal. Why didn't I give it 4 stars: it seems they forgot to make a diagnosis, sometimes they don't hear me well until I stabilize the phone in my hand. They took it away on the second day, and she called back herself, without warning. Well, the young lady dispatcher would have been a little more friendly, seemed stiffly polite, almost on the verge.

The information on the site does not correspond to reality. The website says that when repairing the phone, the courier leaves for free and a mobile phone is provided. In fact, you need to pay 10 rubles for the courier. and the phone is not provided at the same time. A little later, a girl from the service called me and informed me that the courier was coming, but he did not have any papers with him that needed to be filled out and it would take time, but so as to give the phone back faster now, since the courier is in my area, a taxi driver arrived to whom you just give your mobile phone, while you do not receive any paper. According to the time, it was said that the entire glass replacement process would take 6 hours, but the phone was waiting for about a day. I did not wait and at 17:40 from my wife I dialed the service myself, the girl told me that the phone was ready and they would bring it to me now. When I asked why the information on the site did not match and why the courier was paid, the girl said that it was allegedly a promotion. Although there is not a word about the promotions on the site, and information about the free courier and the provision of a phone is in the "services" section. Before the phone was delivered, the same girl from the service called her wife's number and said that the courier was stuck in traffic and because the courier was late, the courier service would be free. I received the phone only at 20:00, I just picked up the phone, but I had to walk to the store with a courier, since there was no change from 20p....

At the beginning of June 2019, I handed over an iPhone 8, 5-6 cars drove by phone (due to forgetfulness I left on the roof, fell out on the MKAD, jumped under the wheels for 1 hour), two services were refused, they advised me to buy a new one! I turned to the multi-service guys did not see any problems, they did it within a week, replaced everything (front screen, rear window, housing, two cameras, .....) total 450 rubles, I think the price is more than adequate.
