I contacted the service with the need to replace the screen in the watch (there was a slight crack, it did not affect the work, attached a photo). I made the choice of the service in favor of multy.by solely because of the promised shorter deadlines than the official representative.
I contacted the service on June 24 (at that time the watch was in use for a little more than 2 months, i.e. under warranty, but since the case is not guaranteed, it did not bother me).
The watch was taken away after 2 months. Without taking into account the fact that not the whole set was issued and I had to go to them again (and I live far away), I did not attach much importance to this.
but! The problems with the clock started very quickly. After the repair, the battery seemed to have been replaced: instead of the usual week, it did not hold even half a day. In this regard, I had to contact the service again. I was convinced that these repairs are not connected in any way and it can't be that way. And the diagnostics of the service was able to establish only time intervals, how quickly the battery runs out (I don't quite understand how this helps me). They convinced me that it was a factory defect. I turned to the official service center for maintenance, where, according to the results of diagnostics, warranty service was refused to me, due to "traces of unskilled repairs".
The conflict situation remained unresolved. They didn't want to give me the contacts of the management to try to resolve it.
The main argument of the service, as far as I understand, is "a damaged device cannot work correctly because it is damaged."
I would also like to note that the payment in the service is exclusively cash, there is no receipt, the warranty period will be written to you by hand.
The guys are just super, there was a quiet sound - they decided instantly! Everything is at the highest level! My recommendations! Thank you very much!

The battery on the Amazfit watch swelled, while they were working. He turned it off, took it to repair, warned that they were working, offered to check, but the girl did not do it. They promised that I would be able to pick it up on the 3rd day. At the end of the 3rd day, I called back to find out how things were going. They said that they still need 2 days, they are looking for a battery. On the 5th day, they called and said that the watch was ready. I came to pick it up, I turn it on-the upper part of the screen is striped. The problem was not reported when calling. They tried to put the blame on me. They offered to buy a display and they will supply it for free. He refused, because new such watches are slightly more expensive. They took off a new battery and gave away a watch with a non-working display!

Then they call and say maybe you need to replace the entire fee? I don't understand - you are an expert. I come home, but this is not my tablet, the sound is not the same, it works so "fast" ... That I have a calculator at the office compared to the latest model of a supercomputer. I didn't understand. According to the time, it was said that the entire glass replacement process would take 6 hours, but the phone was waiting for about a day. I did not wait and at 17:40 from my wife I dialed the service myself, the girl told me that the phone was ready and they would bring it to me now. When I asked why the information on the site did not match and why the courier was paid, the girl said that it was allegedly a promotion. Although there is not a word about the promotions on the site, and information about the free courier and the provision of a phone is in the "services" section. Before the phone was delivered, the same girl from the service called her wife's number and said that the courier was stuck in traffic and because the courier was late, the courier service would be free. At the beginning of June 2019, I handed over an iPhone 8, 5-6 cars drove by phone (due to forgetfulness I left on the roof, fell out on the MKAD, jumped under the wheels for 1 hour), two services were refused, they advised me to buy a new one! I turned to the multi-service guys did not see any problems, they did it within a week, replaced everything (front screen, rear window, housing, two cameras, .....) total 450 rubles, I think the price is more than adequate. The level of service is excellent, I advise everyone!!!
