On the plus side: it is very hot in the apartments, because the house is one of the first on the line from the CHP. Large quadrature in the apartments. There are barriers on all sides.
Of the cons: There are a lot of tenants in the house who do not have a culture of upbringing, where they live, there is $r¥t, as they say. A very small playground, even tiny for such an LCD.
