A pleasant five-room guest house in the center of an old building and a 10-minute walk from all the attractions. A cozy patio with one ivan and one ordinary table. It was not crowded during our visit, but when fully loaded, there may be problems with boarding. The rooms are quite cramped, decorated in the style of the 90s. The room has air conditioning, a kettle without tea accessories and a TV, there is no refrigerator, but you can use the master's. There is Wi-Fi, but it is weak and unstable. Breakfast without frills. All these roughnesses are compensated by a very hospitable hostess. He will help you organize your life - he will order delivery, arrange laundry, and give you tea on request. For your money, it is quite an option for a short stop in Samarkand.

I recommend it, but this is a family guest house, not a Sheraton. The house is located in the old part of the city. Registan and almost all the sights are within walking distance. The entrance to the rooms is from the courtyard. The rooms are clean, match the description, and the photos are up-to-date. The yard is large, there are fruit trees and roses. You can have breakfast indoors or outdoors, at the table or on the national couch. The hostess sets the tables for your company, sometimes spoils with fresh homemade cakes, everything is delicious. The hostess and her daughter are very friendly. I recommend taking a pilaf master class and having lunch with them. A sincere country setting.
Polished, high-quality furniture from the Soviet era. If you are tall, then the headboard will prevent you from retracting your legs. We had a lot of furniture that was not needed for short-term living. But she was missing in the next room. Mattresses and linen are excellent, but it is advisable to modernize the furniture (although it is a matter of taste) The shower cabin for large people will be very cramped. It will be much better to move the faucet to a narrow wall with a window and be sure to add a flexible shower. If the smell bothers you, put a wet cloth on the shower drain and everything will be fine (this is due to the direct drain and the absence of water constipation knee)

I've been to many places, but I've never met a more hospitable place! The location is excellent 10-15 minutes to any landmark of the old town! Quiet, cozy, clean! It's like home! Breakfast is at the highest level! The number is as shown in the photo. There is a kettle, a hairdryer and even slates)) TV, air conditioning as a matter of course. I highly recommend it!

Nice guest house. It is located 10 minutes from Registan. Clean room, fresh bed linen. A large courtyard, the opportunity to have breakfast outside. Very friendly, hospitable hostesses. They are fed delicious, varied breakfasts. We were very satisfied.

A very cozy home hotel in the very historical center of Samarkand. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to Registan. The narrow streets have a special flavor. As for the hotel itself, or rather the family hotel, I would like to say a special thank you to the hostess Nazima, for her real oriental hospitality! The rooms are small, clean and cozy! And the breakfast is hearty at home!) We plan to return to Samarkand again and we know exactly where we will be staying!

Comfortably. Comfortable. There is an air conditioner. There is always hot water in the shower. A great breakfast. A veterinarian and kind hosts. One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough table and wardrobe in the room. There is little space for baking personal items. And it can be a little noisy if the neighbors are with children. We really liked it! I recommend.

Very nice place, nice people, everything is clean and cozy. The breakfast is good, varied and lots of food, everything is delicious. The beds are quite hard, I like them, but I'm writing just in case. There is a toilet and a shower in the room, the water pressure is good, there is hot water.
