A small cozy room with a "secret entrance" to the sauna and a separate entrance. Clean, tidy, new dishes, fresh linen. The sauna is wonderful! The hosts are very hospitable, they know a lot about their region and generously share their knowledge and routes. They told us about the sights and suggested how to get there. As a result, instead of two days, we stayed for four. For lovers of relaxing holidays, nature, hiking - an extremely suitable place.

We had a rest with my husband in this beautiful and cozy place for the New Year holidays. I don't know about summer, but winter holidays are ideal for couples who are looking for peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city and noisy neighbors. A picturesque place, a clean room with everything you need for a comfortable stay, excellent sound insulation and a beautiful view of the lake from the window. We ordered breakfast, very tasty,
diverse. Good-natured, intelligent, the owners of the estate will not leave you without attention, but at the same time without excessive care. 2 km from the estate is the small historical town of Braslav, where you can walk, enjoy the beauty and local flavor. You will rest in the manor. You will be greeted by friendly hosts who will tell you all about the Braslov region. They will show you the places that you can visit and enjoy the fascinating views. There is a swimming pool on site where you can take a dip in both hot and cool weather. In general, come and tell me what you will definitely not regret. You will see everything with your own eyes.

We have just returned home and are sharing our fresh impressions.
The living conditions fully correspond to those stated on the website: a clean room with good furniture, a refrigerator larger than the standard size for the hotel, good bed linen and towels (no feather pillows!), high-quality finishing materials; decent sink, shower,plumbing; STABLE supply of REALLY hot water with good pressure; many sockets and lighting points; all household appliances (kettle, microwave, modern TV) are absolutely clean and in working condition; a dedicated dining area, a spacious wardrobe; there is a clothes dryer, a hair dryer and all the necessary devices to independently maintain cleanliness in the room. Wi-Fi with good speed and coverage. There are enough dishes, they are clean and whole. There are mosquito nets on the windows, mosquitoes did not penetrate.
The territory is well-maintained, large, with good equipment: swings, sandboxes,basketball boards,horizontal bars, a large swimming pool with warm water (constantly disinfected), a large number of sun beds, smoking areas, places for eating outdoors,barbecue areas, an observation deck overlooking the lake.
We had the manor completely filled, but there was enough space for everyone and no one bothered anyone. There are several cats living in the manor, all wearing anti-flea collars - cats willingly contact people, but do not impose themselves.
There are no problems with parking, there are enough places.
The nearest shops, the market are 7-10 minutes by car (HIT,EUROOPT,VITALICH shopping center,BELMARKET, TRAFFIC LIGHT).
The city beach on Lake Drivyaty is 12 minutes away by car (there are also official beaches within a radius of 10-15 km on other lakes).
The hosts are very friendly, unobtrusive - if the weather is not suitable for sunbathing and swimming, then you can travel to amazing places that are not in the guidebooks (upon arrival you will receive a detailed map indicating all interesting routes and any consultations during your stay).
This farmstead is designed for those people who come to BRASLAV LAKES to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city in beautiful nature, breathe clean air, drink delicious water, and do not go to stay in the room 24/7.
Already at the moment of departure, there is a strong desire to return again.

They lived in the purple house of the Murazhye estate. The conditions are comfortable. There are two lakes within walking distance: Nespish and Voiso (with a beach for families with children). Lucky with the weather! Everything is fine!

Yes, it is a really quiet place, not for a noisy company. Great family vacation! Good atmosphere: Vasya the stork, a bunch of some local cats... Every evening we grilled a barbecue on the territory. We recommend it!

We had a rest with friends, we stopped by a company of 5 people, the rooms are clean and pleasant, dishes, household appliances, everything is just super! Sauna , swimming pool , barbecue . The hosts are wonderful , they told us where to go , you can additionally discuss breakfasts , lunches and dinners. I give the deserved 5 out of 5!

Friendly, helpful hosts. A wonderful room: instead of 4, there were already 5 beds. Cleanly. On request, the food is delicious. A large area with various entertainments: swings, tennis, basketball, sauna, swimming pool, barbecues ... within walking distance of the lake… Braslav with cafes, shops, ATMs is nearby... there are places to go around: Lighthouse Mountain, healing spring, waterfall, etc…

A great place for a family vacation. Large and well-equipped territory: barbecue gazebos, garden trees, outdoor equipment (swimming pool, table tennis, trampoline, bicycle rental, etc.) Spacious and clean rooms. We have rested here three times and are planning more.

The accommodation is good, new. There is enough entertainment, but the owner makes sure that they stand in the pool, not swim. Do not jump on a trampoline, do not throw darts))) I exaggerate, of course, but somehow so. This is definitely not a place for noisy companies. Just spend the night, roast meat in silence and drink strong drinks.

I liked everything, the room matched the photo when booking, clean, spacious with a separate exit to the plot!
Special thanks to the hostess Olga for the delicious breakfasts and dinners!
The hosts are friendly, they answered any request instantly!
It is green around the estate, there is a swimming pool and sun beds, a lot of sports equipment for recreation (balls, rackets), 7 braziers with gazebos were counted, no one was cramped.
The lake was a 10-minute walk away, and is considered the cleanest lake.
The rest was a 100% success, we left in a great mood, thanks to the hosts!

The owners of the estate are very friendly and pleasant people, who even told us what interesting places you can visit upon arrival. And one of them is a waterfall on the Vyata River. They do not bother with obsession, but if necessary, they will take the time. I especially liked that there is an option to order tomorrow, lunch and dinner. Everything is cooked fresh, it is agreed in advance by which time. The pool is clean and warm.

My husband and I had a vacation in August 2022. I'm writing a review late, maybe something has improved.. I can hardly consider a cottage/cottage as a hotel. We lived in a room on the ground floor. The hall is one for 2 rooms. The room has a kitchenette, which is convenient, because it's a long walk to the cafe. The view of the lake is only from a wooden tower and then the edge. The cottage is surrounded by 2 roads without asphalt, the entrance to the house is also without tiles... a column of dust. Gazebos, barbecues, drying clothes in the dust. Wi-fi
I was fishing in the room. The room itself is equipped with a kitchenette, there are a minimum of dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave. The bed linen is clean. The bathroom is clean and equipped with a shower cabin. There are enough places in the closet in the room to lay out and hang clothes. To say that the hotel has a swimming pool is ridiculous, because the "paddling pool" is inflatable, but it's probably okay for children to splash around. You can eat apples and pears from the garden, the owners' mother offered them, but something is not tasty, maybe late. The territory of the "manor" is not about anything! Fruits, vegetables and products were bought at the market and in the store. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the "wild beach". I liked the city beach very much, the sand is fine, the view from the water, but you have to get to it by car. The price tag for hotel meals is expensive, so we did not use this service. The price of a day per room is still not acceptable either. The quality of the services provided and the price do not correspond to the category of "mini-hotels". Well, if you called yourself agro..., then you need to at least organize a petting zoo for children and offer agricultural products to the guests. My husband and I have something to compare it with! The places are really beautiful, but there is no way without a car. We will definitely not stop here for the second time, because it is very far on foot to the infrastructure!!! If there was an intermediate score, then they would put 4 with a minus, BUT now I want to take it down to one. Suddenly, if you do not write an ode or if your opinion does not coincide with the opinion of the owner, then he will write insults to you in person.. I want to note that this is purely our opinion and perception.

Since 2015, my family and I have repeatedly vacationed at the Murazhye farmstead. Every time we came on vacation, we observed the development of the estate. The owners Olga and Victor have a reverent, creative approach to the landscaping of both the estate itself and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, Victor will definitely give a detailed tour of the courtyard, explaining where everything is, how and what to use. When they check into the room, they check the operation of household appliances together with those who are checking in, they show where everything lies. The rooms where we stayed (and each time it was a new room) are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay during the holidays. The rooms are perfectly clean, which is not offered by all popular hotels (based on the experience of traveling to different countries). You can see the caring attitude of the owners to their business. The territory of the estate is very large, well-maintained, there are several gazebos, barbecues, swings, darts, 2 basketball rings, sandboxes with toys, balls. There is a sauna. Bicycles can be rented. The proper location of objects on the territory, entrances / exits from rooms, even with a large number of vacationers, does not create the impression of crowding, no one bothers anyone. Communication with the owners, Olga and Victor, is a real pleasure. They promptly responded to any requests, helped in organizing excursions around the area. The farmstead is located in a picturesque area, near, within walking distance, the lakes of Nepish and Voiso. There is a beach area on Lake Voiso. I am glad that you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner at quite reasonable prices at the manor. Thanks to Olga for the delicious homemade food (my daughter especially liked the signature pancakes). Many thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome, cordiality, and hospitality. You feel at home. And I want to come back to you again and again. We recommend you to relax in the farmstead "Murazhye"! You won't regret it!!!

3 people had a family vacation. 2 adults and a child of 6 years old. The farmstead is completely zero. One solid mud everywhere and everywhere. The only plus in the room is the air conditioner. The room itself is dirt, solid dirt. Probably the owners are not familiar with cleanliness - the key to health. You can't touch anything in the room. The kettle is scum inside - there is such a layer. In short, they did not use it. The bathroom with toilet is tin. The shower cabin, and everything inside is black, on the edges, on the sides there are deposits that no one washes. The walls are covered with siding, it's covered in stains. The bed...We stopped by...A 6-year-old child asked...Mom, you didn't take our bed...She's all dirty. The glasses and shot glasses were covered in lipstick. There has never been a dry or wet cleaning in a week. Then we traveled around a lot of farmsteads and looked at rental housing on Gagarin right near Lake Drivyaty...for example...there is a huge difference in both prices and cleanliness...accommodation for Gagarin is from 25 to 30 rubles per person per day...It's cozy as home...towels are changed every day and vacuumed every day...in the Murazhye farmstead, it is dirty outside in the gazebos...It's scary to raise your head up, creepy cobwebs everywhere and everywhere...She doesn't clean up...my neighbors and I walked around and just nodded our heads and at one glance everything was clear...I was bought by the fact that the rating on the booking is 9.6... for what...I still have a huge question, of course, to the sanitary inspection station, how is all this checked..for such money, such terrible conditions per day, and even during a pandemic...before checking in, I asked the owner about the conditions, to which he replied...and that the rating on the booking 9.6 does not mean anything to you...we put 1 for the air conditioner in this farmhouse ... I was also very surprised that the reservation is incomplete and the reservation is not refunded if anything happens...it seems to me that when evaluating 9.6, I am afraid to return the money for cancellation...now I understand why... let the owners forgive me...but cleanliness is the most important thing...and everything in our life is made up of little things...There is a photo...I will not post it ... if you are interested, please contact us...I'll reset it...

I liked everything very much! Excellent hosts, a large territory where you can always find something to do (table tennis, basketball, barbecues, gazebos, children's slides, etc.). The lake is not far away. Lovely room on the second floor with a view of the lake! The room has all the amenities, including a kitchenette and a refrigerator. I highly recommend this estate for a cozy family vacation!

A decent place to spend the night. Rooms for different budgets. One of the advantages is a large backyard with places to relax and barbecue. You will have to get to the central beach by car, although there is an opportunity to plunge into the lake nearby within walking distance.
