One of my favorite museums in Tbilisi.I visited it for the second time (I was there 8 years ago). The museum is very spacious, informative, with a beautiful courtyard where you can see a large-scale sculpture by Zurab Tsereteli. The museum's exposition is very thoughtful-here you can see both the master's paintings (as it seemed to me, here is the most extensive collection of his paintings from the early periods of his work, which are rarely seen in such numbers anywhere) and his sculpture. On the ground floor there is a wonderful gift shop where you can buy albums and books dedicated to the artist. For those who want to see the "early" Tsereteli, I definitely recommend watching it!

I discovered the work of Zurab Tsereteli as an artist, not just a muralist. The sunflower theme is amazing! The museum is interesting! All expositions.

The building impressed with its comfort, silence and at the same time the volume of the filling! Tsereteli's works are bright, juicy, and characteristic. I liked the route of the exhibition and the courtyard with the lobby, I would like to give a concert there someday....!

We got great pleasure from visiting the exhibition, which impresses with its size and works. The location of the museum in a good area makes it convenient to visit. On the first floor we saw an interesting installation by an American artist, on the second - the works of Z. Tsereteli, and on the third - photographs from the artist's personal archive.

There are many works by Zurab Tsereteli in the museum, not as many as in his Moscow museum, but still. Actually, there is a small amount of modern art on the ground floor. In general, it's worth going. Admission is 20 GEL per person.

The museum is spacious, in the center, with a courtyard and works. The museum is quiet, 2 floors are dedicated to the works of Tsereteli, there is a space with photo chronicles of meetings with various famous people. An interesting experience.

I liked everything very much, I looked at the works of Zurab Tsereteli. The paintings and sculptures are impressive. The paintings were remembered for their characteristic strokes, with a lot of paint, it seemed interesting and unusual to me. I advise everyone to visit this museum!

Well, then-photos of whom tserkteli met, his paintings and portraits of his countrymen. I was there on Sunday afternoon, there were 3 other people besides me. In a small garden there is some kind of sculpture of a ball with bas-reliefs of sex poses, it was unusual, but the author was not Tsereteli. In total, if you, like me, like Tsereteli's work, then the museum in Moscow is much more interesting.

The museum presents paintings and installations by Georgian artists of the past and present century. A very worthy and interesting exposition. The museum itself leaves a positive impression with a well-thought-out interior, adequate lighting and modern design. I recommend.

Very bad The ticket is 20 GEL and the museum is absolutely not worth it. There is no air conditioning, it is hot and stuffy inside. The exposition on the ground floor is closed, on the third floor there are a couple of sculptures and photos of Tsereteli with all the famous people he met. Very interesting. That's all. On the second floor there are paintings by the same Tsereteli and his sculptures. And nothing else. There is zero curatorial work, on one wall it is written in general terms about the exhibition. Calling this museum a Museum of Modern Art is a deception and tyranny

To begin with, there are two floors of the same absolutely identical Tsereteli. Perhaps for some it seems to be modern art, but for me it is rather a contemporary of my grandmother. As an artist, he is not bad, but the influence of Picasso and Chagall is strongly felt. Besides, everything is the same, there is no development, only his corporate identity is everywhere. There is so much of it that all the canvases just merge into one big carpet. And then the most interesting thing. The ticket costs 20 lari, the cashier explains that they have three floors here. I ran two fast, there was only him, the great and mighty Ts. I go down to the first one, but it is closed, which I was not told about when buying a ticket. It won't open until five, wait 45 minutes. As I understand it, there is some kind of shooting. In general, I do not recommend it. Unless it's raining outside and there's nowhere to spend 20 GEL. While I was writing a review, I found out that Wi-Fi is not connected here either

I don't like Zurab Tsereteli! God only knows why I went there! The museum itself is good, the building is pleasant, the courtyard is cozy, the atmosphere is good. BUT DON'T REPEAT MY MISTAKES! If you are not a fan of this artist's work, please choose another museum.

The name of the institution is slightly misleading; if you thought that it was like the museum of the same name in Moscow, only with Georgian specifics, then this is not quite true. Of modern art, there is only half of the ground floor for temporary exhibitions and a shop with souvenirs and thematic materials. The rest of the space is devoted to the work (mainly painting) of Z. Tsereteli. This is for an amateur.

A wonderful sculptor and mediocre artist Zurabi Tsereteli can surprise with his creations, and maybe disappoint. About a quarter of the museum's exhibits have neither beauty nor originality. But most of them, and especially the sculptures, are pleasing to the eye. Especially the Apple of "Love")))

There is neither an excursion nor a guide. You are offered a thin brochure or you can read books on the 3rd floor - for 20 boxes per person. But the bad luck is, the air conditioners are not working, it is unbearably stuffy and hot, I want to run away faster.Amazing creativity in such an undignified design.

In October 2022, we managed to visit the Italiae exhibition of Italian photographs and look at the work of Zurab Tsereteli. I was unpleasantly surprised that the back rooms of the museum are very smoky and the smell of cigarettes strongly pulls from there into the main exhibition halls.
