Don't be fooled by the price
We bought a bass ukulele in this store, and we fell for the price. The instrument arrived in a non-working condition. They called the store, and the seller immediately said that it was most likely a battery. It turns out that they sent the ukulele with a non—working battery, knowing about it. This is strange in itself, but we explained that we have already tried different batteries and connection methods — nothing works. We were offered to bring the tool to the store.
We were met on the spot by extremely ungracious sellers. The lady who called herself "Call me MusicStop" (she didn't even introduce herself properly) said that they could only refund the cost of the instrument. To check the tool, offer help or advise — none of this has been done. We demanded a refund not only for the cost of the guitar, but also for the delivery, as they had sent a faulty instrument. At this, the lady began to get nervous, her voice and hands trembled, and she stated that this was "our problem" and she was acting "according to the law."
Her colleague tried to intervene and offered to refund the shipping cost "out of his pocket." Naturally, no one returned anything.
As a result: they sell non-working and broken tools. Zero-level maintenance. Even if the price seems tempting, think twice before contacting this store.
