We stayed at this hotel for a short time, had dinner, slept, and had breakfast (passing through). The hotel is 5 stars. Spacious, beautiful, ergonomic. The hotel and the room are clean, the mini bar is paid. Tea, coffee, water in the room for free. There is a lot of food and delicious, the range is wide. We only had drinks for breakfast for free. There are 2 baths that pay $ 10 for 60 minutes and the pool is free, towels, hygiene products, slippers, lockers, even disposable thongs! free.
Excellent hotel for 1.2 days or more for excursions: the room was very clean and cozy: a chic mattress, pillows, white bed linen, I felt like a queen on a bed😃👍
In the room: there are slippers, bathroom accessories, except a washcloth and a bathrobe.
Kettle with glasses, tea, instant coffee.
An excellent restaurant for cleanliness, variety and delicious food: fruits, vegetables, sweets in abundance, as well as the rest.
WiFi is free in the room with a password at the reception.
We were there one night. There is not too much choice for dinner compared to hotels on the coast. All drinks (water, juice, tea, coffee) are paid! There are two 0.5 bottles of water and two tea bags in the room. Drinks are free at breakfast. The room is small. Clean, neat.
The hotel is modern, there are no disadvantages, although we stayed one night, 2 swimming pools (outside and inside the hotel), everything is delicious for breakfast and dinner (although drinks were not given for dinner for money), there is a gym, I recommend stopping and relaxing. It is better to take higher rooms on the east side, as at night you can see Cappadocia in the light noise and it is unforgettable.
An amazing hotel! We stayed for 1 night for an overnight stay on an excursion tour to Cappadocia. The dinner is amazing, the room is great. All amenities, clean, cozy, beautiful insanely! We were sitting on the terrace by the pool and enjoying the music. Thanks for everything!
Maybe they didn't give us the best room, since we were there for the night on a guided tour, but I didn't like the room itself. The air conditioner could not cope and was directed towards the window, and not into the sleeping area. Disposable slippers and towels were provided from everything. Shampoo, shower gel and hand soap were in large jars on the wall. The air in the room was stale, the window was opened to remove the smell, but there is no mesh (although there is a mesh on the windows in the corridors). In general, in 5 minutes, a lot of blood-sucking insects flew to us, which we got rid of for another hour. The food is normal, buffet style. There is a swimming pool. The prices in the bar are wow, but probably for those who come on tour - everything is included.
By the way, there was a mini-bar in the room - for a fee, we came in the morning and counted everything. There were three of us, we were given 3 bottles of water for 0.5 for free, plus there was a kettle, 2 tea bags and coffee. I wouldn't go there myself, but it's passable for one night in the format of an excursion.
The hotel is good, but the view from the window to the roof and the courtyard is not very (((, plumbing is broken in some places, shower gel and shampoo do not complement. The food in the restaurant is delicious, I liked it. The reception does not cook in Russian.
The hotel is not bad, we stayed only for 1 night. But I didn't like that the pool is only outdoors. Yes, it works until 22.00. but when it's 11 degrees outside, you don't want to swim in it. The rooms are clean. The bar in the room is for a fee, and all drinks are also for money. The food is like in all 5 in Turkey. The reception in Russian is definitely not waiting.
We stopped at this hotel for one night on an excursion to Cappadocia.
It looks like a normal hotel, no one speaks Russian at the reception, which is very strange. But our mood was already spoiled, because the balloon flight was canceled due to the wind. Well, okay, let's go to the room, the room is small, but you can spend the night. The dinner was terrible.... there was a hair in the fish, long black, I'm light and it's not mine, I called the waiter, pretended that he didn't understand me at all. I didn't feel like eating anymore... drinks are all paid, except for breakfast.
And in the evening we had a very "interesting" entertainment program in the form of a Turkish wedding.... it was tin, drums, loud music, no isolation, why and why settle people if you have a wedding booked.... I'm not saying that I'm for silence, but I didn't hear such tin.
We eventually fell asleep at one o'clock in the morning, and in the morning, at 6 a.m., a rattling alarm clock on the phone.... what nonsense, we are adults and we have set our own alarm clock. From this sound, they just flew up.
It is not possible to wash in the bathroom, all the water is spilling all over the room and the shower head was heavily clogged...
Tin, not a hotel
We were a transfer at this hotel, took a 2-day excursion to Cappadocia. The food is delicious, no one knows Russian, but they speak English normally. The territory is clean, the rooms are well maintained, but they seemed to me very compact (very). Why 2 stars? Yes, because 1 beer 0.5 and red wine 0.2 cost us 10 euros, we wanted to order more, but after such prices, we suddenly felt like it. Perhaps this is due to the fact that we were visitors, not guests. It doesn't seem to be anything special, but when they sell you beer that costs 25 lire at a nearby establishment for 5 euros - sorry, this is beyond good and evil
We left it here for the night during a 2-day excursion to Cappadocia .
I didn't look at the pools (they said there were 2, indoor and outdoor)
The food is quite tasty and varied, but they completely failed to try to make olivier.
The bad thing is that they didn't give drinks for dinner, even water, and drinks are only paid and not cheap, while, as I understand it, they don't give their own drinks there.
The room is small but great. Everything is very clean, modern appliances, water, disposable shower accessories and even a hat, a beautiful double bed.
Against the background of my hotel in Alanya (by the way, supposedly also 4*, just heaven and earth)
We stayed for one night at this hotel, on a two-day trip to Cappadocia. The room is clean, but small, without a balcony. The food was fine for dinner, drinks for a fee. The staff does not speak Russian at all. A wireless earphone was left in the room upon check-out. When they missed the loss, they contacted the hotel using WhatsApp. Fortunately, there were still days of rest and there was hope that the loss would be transferred with the next excursion group. But the hotel just ignored the message left in two languages. They didn't even bother to answer anything out of politeness. Therefore, the impression of the hotel and the staff were not very pleasant.
Stayed overnight, terrible hotel.
The shower is flowing and when you go out there is already a puddle around you that there is nowhere to throw even a towel, the bathroom smells very strongly of mold.
They asked for an iron at the reception and imagine, it wasn't there 🤷🏼♀️
All drinks are only according to the price list, but we warned about this in advance, the food is acceptable, and 2 stars for it.
A magnificent hotel with everything from cleanliness, rooms, staff I would recommend to everyone

We were accommodated at this hotel for the night during an excursion to Cappadocia. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style. But! We ordered tea at dinner, it was brought (a tea cup of 150 ml) and immediately the waiter wrote out a bill on a piece of paper worth 1 € per cup. None of the waiters knows Russian (which is surprising for Turkey), or they pretend to be fools so as not to listen to claims. I did not argue, I paid, but the sediment remained... There are two "yogurt" cups of 200 grams of drinking water in the room bar. This is for two people. However...
Terrible hotel!
-Not only do the conditions not correspond to 4 * , they do not pull at all for any * ! Bedbugs in the rooms, dirty and dusty, smells musty. All companies know about this, but they are silent, they say an average hotel, but this is not the case, do not be fooled.Elevators only work upwards, so you have to wait for someone to come down.
+The kitchen is average, the staff is friendly. Only for this 1 point.
Old rooms, a lot of tourists, respectively, the problem with the elevator, WiFi only in the lobby, and then you have to wait for the "wave". A 20-minute walk to the center.
