BelAZ is one of the main surviving symbols of Belarus, which is still developing. As it seems to me, it is obligatory to visit. I got from Minsk to Zhodino by train at a time that I had agreed in advance with the factory's tour desk. A group of the same adventurers was formed at the checkpoint. The museum on the territory told about the stages of the company's development, awards, achievements and traditions of the plant. Small crossings alternated with a dedicated bus ride between the workshops. Of course, not everything was shown, but many thanks to the organizers for the opportunity to see with your own eyes what the plant produces, touch the finished machines with your hands and climb onto BelAZ - 75711.
It was a great tour🔥
Special respect to the guide Arseny, a young man with a well–delivered speech, charm and deep knowledge. His stories about Minsk and the surrounding towns were so lively and fascinating that time flew by unnoticed. And this voice is velvety, powerful, like Levitan's own! And BelAZ itself is an incredible emotion! To experience the scale of this technique, to learn the secrets of production and to feel like a part of something grandiose is priceless. The tour is a must! If you want a lot of impressions, great photos and a charismatic guide – this is your choice. 10/10, my husband and I will remember with warmth
The place is a must-visit, if possible.
Taking pictures next to a 450-ton car, and even more so, taking a ride along the test track (even if not driving), seeing a new mining dump truck coming at you from the assembly line - all this is definitely worth the money and time spent on the tour.
Nevertheless, in my opinion, the first part of the tour (where the museum is) is a bit boring. Think about adding some interactivity. For example:
1. "Virtual driving trip", where one could climb into an analog of a Belaz cabin and, using VR, take a ride in one of the coal mines.
2. A mock-up of the assembly line, where you could see from the outside how everything works (during a real tour of the workshop, everything is too fast).
If you are in Belarus with children, a visit to Belaz is highly recommended. A very interesting tour with the history of the plant, the opportunity to see how these giants are assembled, and of course, to ride on a 90-ton "baby". Believe me, it is really small relative to other mining dump trucks, the largest of which can be climbed and viewed from a height of several floors! Come on!
Ps: it is better to book an excursion and, most importantly, a trip on the "baby" in advance.
We went on a guided tour of the factory! Everything is fine! Starting with the fact that they are very hospitable people! Although we didn't have time to officially sign up for the tour, but when we arrived at a certain time, we were accepted!
The girl who talked about the factory and production, unfortunately I forgot her name, is obviously not an indifferent person, loves with all her soul the life that the factory and its workers live! Her whole story is filled with pride at the giants they produce! And at the same time, they do not forget about ordinary people, large families, young families, and veterans have a whole package!
Of course, we were impressed by Belaz! These are monsters that work wonders! If you will be in Minsk, be sure to see this place! You can also go for a car ride there.
A great place, a very informative and interesting excursion to the BelAZ plant in the city of Zhodino. It will be very interesting and informative for children and adults to see the production of such equipment. You can also ride around the landfill on a 90-ton dump truck.
Great tour. We were there with the whole family. The tour itself was conducted by Sergey, who, as I understand it, is himself an employee of the plant and knows everything he tells firsthand. I would like to express my special gratitude to him for the very interesting material provided about the plant's activities in the past and present. Additionally, he answered the questions of the participants of the excursion group in great detail. You can decide for yourself about riding the Belaz, probably if you are with children, they will be interested in it. My daughter and I went for a ride. But most of all, she enjoyed climbing on a 450-ton dump truck.
It's very interesting that you don't have to order a bus. The company itself can take you around the territory. Polite , responsive and funny art guides . The souvenir shop is big. Everything cool will appeal to both children and adults.
An unforgettable and amazing experience! An excursion to the BelAZ Museum, a tour of the production hall and the territory of the plant. And delight - in protective helmets and vests, you could take pictures with the largest trucks)) and not just nearby, but you could climb on them. We also went to the factory cooking - everyone liked the delicious fresh cakes and pastries. There is a company store. The factory is clean! I really liked everything! Thanks to the guide and everyone who works there! The skill of the drivers of such huge cars was admired.
We came with an excursion. It's an incredibly atmospheric place, and it was very interesting to learn more and see live the production of these MONSTERS. I was struck by the incredible cleanliness throughout the plant. I highly recommend visiting, but you need to make an appointment for the tour VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE!
We visited the tour in May with children aged 8 and 9) everyone was delighted, the wonderful guide told everything about the case. We took a ride on a dump truck, the feeling is indescribable) then we went across the street to the dining room after the tour, we had a great meal there for a penny, you can say)
We went on a field trip with the class in March. it was very cool and interesting, especially the productive Belaz plant. Thanks to the guide, it is a very interesting and pleasant place to visit.
It's a very cool museum, a must-see for the male half of the population. Anyone who is even a little bit interested in technology will be delighted. We were lucky to attend the day of the machine builder - the entrance was free, and the mood was very festive.
I liked the tour, many thanks to the guide Olga. It is very informative and not too long. The factory's products are impressive. I definitely recommend you to visit. The only caveat ... If you plan to buy souvenirs, then do it right at the store where you pay for the tour, you will not return there, and there is less choice in the second store.
We were driving for unforgettable impressions, but we got a hungry and drenched child who had almost nothing in his memory. The tour was at 14:00. We arrived with 30 minutes to spare, but we didn't have time to eat in the dining room, which is recommended in previous reviews, because it is open until 15:00, so we need to take a guided tour with the children only at 12:00 so that they can be fed after the tour. The tour itself started with a slight delay and was followed by a long lottery drawing for vacant dump truck rides. If you want to take a ride, then you must register for this event in advance.
The organization of the tour is lame on both legs. If you decide to conduct tours of such a plant, then you need to make sure that people feel cozy and comfortable and have pleasant impressions. If it is a high-security facility that produces strategic products, then there is no need to organize excursions to make people uncomfortable, let it remain so.
It seemed that the tours were organized only to generate additional profits for the plant without the slightest concern for visitors.
The museum is great. Everything is done inside is very informative. All miniature units of manufactured equipment, including Soviet times, are collected. According to the photo, you can live a short history of the formation of the enterprise. The review also received state awards and not only, there are symbolic gifts from other countries with which the organization cooperates. It is definitely worth a visit. And keeping up with the times, I would like to suggest making a virtual room where you can personally participate in the process of creating career equipment, or go back in time and see the stages of formation of the flagship of our country.
Great tour, highly recommended. The guide Sergey is a professional in his field, thank you very much again! I ordered a ride on a dump truck separately, the price for October 2024 is 90 Belarusian rubles per adult or adult + child on his lap (there is one empty seat in the cabin). Ours is 12 years old, he was allowed in with his husband. If you want to go for a ride, book three weeks in advance, because as part of the tour they manage to make only five passes.
A symbol of engineering excellence in Belarus. The territory of the manufacturing company of the largest dump trucks in the world is impressive in scale. The tour allows you to see the entire part of the production process as well as the finished machines. The attention to detail and the complete manual assembly of some pieces of equipment are particularly striking.
An amazing place!!!I can't believe that these huge machines were created by man! There is a retro car playground. But the most interesting thing is the site where the cars that are being produced now are located. You can climb one of them, but if you want to feel the power of this technique, you definitely need to ride it.You pay in advance at the factory's cash desk (the guide will offer this in advance), and within 5 minutes with the driver you will take a ride on this WONDERFUL car.My husband was just thrilled!!You will be taken for a ride on a painted BelAZ, which the staff lovingly call an Embroidery. In the main workshop, you can watch the assembly of the machine. An interesting museum, an erudite guide Alyona. Thanks to her for an interesting tour of the factory.Be sure to visit BELAZ, delight and exciting sensations are guaranteed to you!!!
It's a great place. The tour is just great. It costs 30 rubles and lasts about 2 hours. We were on Sunday, February 2, at 2 p.m. Wonderful guide, very helpful. A good and competent story. I advise everyone to visit this museum.
It's a very interesting and exciting place. It impresses with its scale!
The plant is developing and increasing its production capacity!
It produces vehicles with a cargo capacity of 450 tons and has no analogues in the world!
Very interesting. The guide is a professional in his field. They tell us in great detail and there is an opportunity to ride a Belaz. It's a very cool factory. I highly recommend it.
I grew up in a working-class family during the Soviet era. I spent a lot of time at the factory where my dad and mom worked. I was glad to plunge into the atmosphere of childhood, to visit one of the workshops of the enterprise, where work is really going on. With one eye, look into another, real, not so well-groomed workshop for excursions, with its smells of iron, dust, oil and welding, with moving crane beams, working people. My children really liked the cars produced by the factory, and especially the ride on one of them. My wife really liked the museum, which feels the pride of people in the entire history of this enterprise. It was amazing that such a big deal was being done in such a small city. In Russia, many enterprises have ceased to exist, but here we managed to preserve and most likely improve the heritage of the great country in which I was born.
It's a very cool place. We were on the tour and we really, really liked it. A great museum with interesting exhibits. There is a lot to see and listen to. The plant itself is beyond praise. We were in the production workshops and even managed to take a ride on BelAZ around the landfill.
A very interesting museum! The tour is well organized - fast, but high-quality. I learned a lot about BELAZ and their impressive products! I recommend you to visit!
Complete delight!!! An interesting tour of the Belaz plant, I liked everything: the appearance of the plant is modern European style , cleanliness is almost sterile, beauty , including landscaping at the entrance. There is a lot to say about cars , about these giants, the fact that they are marked in the Guinness Book of Records says a lot. The guide conducted the tour interestingly and enthusiastically, we learned a lot of interesting things, the impressions are super!!!
When you travel around Belarus, I advise you to go to the BelAZ plant for industrial operation from the Smart Tour company. Many thanks to Julia's guide for a wonderful time!
Very impressive. The museum itself is small, but it contains exhibits on the history of the company itself, product models, and gifts from guests. But this is not the most important thing. The main thing when visiting an enterprise with an excursion is the opportunity to visit the production workshops and see firsthand the process of creating the largest dump trucks, and even take a ride on them. Wow! For fans of technology, I highly recommend it.
A great place to visit with a guided tour. The machines are amazing in their grandeur and scale.I recommend you to visit, everything is clearly organized, but you need to book 1-1.5 months in advance
It is difficult to buy tickets at the factory itself. The outbidders have 145 byn. It's really not worth it. The museum is small and modest. The workshop was not working. Belaz riding is a very big plus, but with a group of no more than 5 people. They cheat in cafes (as for residents of non-Republic of Belarus). As a result, if you have the time and opportunity to buy tickets at the factory, you can visit. If you want to look at Belaz, then on the way to Moscow, you can make a small circle and look from behind the fence)))). You won't lose much.
Cool museum! It is possible to pass only with a guided tour! All BelAZ models are presented. Interesting to consider. All the merits and interesting facts. I really liked the museum.
When we went on a field trip, we were met, taken to the place, they didn't tell us anything. We arrived at the place, they left us. Why was there 1 guide? It turned out that BelAZ has a contract with tour companies and you can only place an order with a useless tour. Mafia. We were brought in, and the tour began. We were told an article from Wikipedia. Tech. the characteristics of what was built there initially, and then only those were told. specifications. Next, we boarded a bus, and they began to take us around with the words: "To your right is the administration, to your left is the assembly plant." Then we were left to ourselves. Then there were 5 skating sessions for the whole group (30 people). Everyone was frozen. Then there was the assembly shop. The tour is ALWAYS held in places where either the day off or the workshop simply does not work for some reason. You will NEVER see the assembly. In the workshop, we were told about the crane operator who puts the necessary parts on the platform and the supervisor who manages it. We didn't see anyone there. AND THAT'S IT. The whole tour. Expensive and useless. Also, you can't order a direct tour of Minsk without it! disgusting!!
A very interesting museum. Be sure to visit. You need to make an appointment in advance and only by phone. You will most likely be signed up no earlier than 2 weeks later. If you want to ride BelAZ, then you need to sign up strongly in advance. Because there are only 5 rentals during the tour. The tour itself lasts 2 hours and costs 30 rubles. It starts with the museum, where the guide tells how it all started, showing old photos. Then you will be taken to the workshop. Helmets are issued in the workshop. You cannot take photos or write videos in the workshop. And in other places it is allowed. After the workshop, they are put on a bus and taken to an open area where there are a lot of cars, including the largest BelAZ, which can be climbed. While everyone is taking pictures and watching the equipment, those who ordered the service "ride on BelAZ" (it costs 90 rubles) are riding at the training ground. There is a cafe on the second floor of the building. We can have a snack. In general, you will get very vivid impressions.
A great tour, there is something to see, climb on huge cars, there is an opportunity to ride a BelAZ (for an additional fee of 90 bel rub). The plant is located in Zhodino, 50 km from Minsk. You can get there by train or minibus 1 hour on the way, the fare is 2-5 bel rubles, depending on the type of transport. The tour itself costs 30 bel. The big disadvantage is that you can only sign up for a tour by phone. From Russia, a call to the Republic of Belarus just to sign up cost 400 rubles. This tour can be taken through various tour offices. The price is almost all standard 100 bel RUB per person. That is, it is three times more expensive than a self-guided tour.
The place is iconic, but the tour is weak, the group is large, low mobility, children are being pushed, the guide is running ahead and it's hard to hear. The visit to the assembly line is very cursory. You stand on the playground for a long time, waiting until everyone has completed a test lap (5-6) each, and there are always about 10 people who want to. You can visit, but the most interesting thing is to see the giants in person, the rest is poorly organized.
An interesting excursion to the factory that produces unique heavy and superheavy dump trucks and other mining and special equipment.
The opportunity to ride as a passenger on a 90-ton BelAZ, see the conveyor assembly shop and the dump trucks themselves, including the 450-ton one.
It's just the bottom. They couldn't get through to the museum for a week, they just didn't pick up the phone, calling the other numbers listed on the website, the boorish person on the other end of the line replied: you got there wrong, you're calling the museum number... Exactly how to get through remained a mystery. We decided to rush to Zhodino because we were near Minsk in a 20-minute drive, hoping to visit this production, they explained to us at the checkpoint that there was a preliminary appointment, everything was scheduled for 1.5-2 months and what exactly did you forget here. It's a shame when you drive for 6000 km and you encounter such disregard and indifference, I won't go anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone.
I visited this plant for the third time in October 2024. I thought, well, what else can I see. And, fortunately, I was very wrong.
I was here for the first time in the fall of 2023, at an open day in honor of the 75th anniversary of the plant. Everything was very cool: open workshops, an observation deck with all Belaz models, a concert, kebabs, etc.
Then I went on a guided tour. It's a completely different experience when specialists talk about the plant! They are professional masters of their craft! + Driving on 90-ton dump trucks is super!!! I recommend it to everyone!
The third time I was with a special tour from the company. We managed to see the workshop of super-large machines. I was very impressed!!!
That is, regardless of the format of the tour, I recommend going there. And it is informative, interesting, and the impressions are just wonderful! + We are proud that this is our native enterprise, which is one of the three world manufacturers of large-sized equipment. Vivat Belarus!!!
Wonderful! Complete delight! Maria is an incredible academic! We recommend everyone to visit. And how clean the factory is... It's just amazing! Memories for a lifetime!
Great tour. It was interesting to see how such machines are made and to learn something new. For an additional fee, they can ride a Belaz.
The big drawback is recording by phone. You can wait for a response for half an hour or more. I didn't like it very much.
There may also be parking issues. It is better to arrive in advance.
A drop of tar! I came with 3 children, I really wanted to see the museum, the guard at the entrance told me to call because the appointment for the tour is only by phone. We were the 5th in line, asked to wait... It took 27 minutes on the phone and we became the first in line and the waiting time started to grow from 1 minute. As a result, it reached 26 minutes. But the hour of waiting on the phone ended at 59:59, and so we remained without an answer. No one answered or called back. This is a working day during "business" time. :) dislike you.
And I ask the head to sort it out
First there was an excursion to the museum. It is very interesting, visually, and fascinating about the creation of Belaz. Then we went to the assembly shop, where we were told not only about the assembly process, but also a lot of very interesting facts about these beautiful machines. And then we went by bus to the world's largest Belaz trucks, of which there are only 4 pieces (dump truck weighing 390,500 kg, load capacity 450,000 kg, maximum speed of about 64 km /h, weight of one wheel 5000 kg. Listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest on the planet)! And they looked and touched it), and climbed into the cabin. It's amazing!
Great tour. It is very interesting to talk about the history of the plant, show how these giant machines are assembled. There is even an opportunity to ride one of them.
An amazing tour!!!!
You need to sign up on the first working day of the month if you want to get in a month)). We couldn't take a ride when we got through (2 hours after the recording was opened), there were no more seats, we were not told that we could make a reservation in case of refusal or if there was time left). I recommend the tour to both adults and children!
There are legends about the largest dump truck in Europe, excellent excursions, some of which you can find yourself in the cabin of this giant, impressive historical examples of the age of mechanization. But all this is available only on weekdays, which greatly complicates the visit if you are passing through Belarus!!! Personally, I would do the weekend on, say, Monday!!!
Everything is great!!! A city within a city. A tour of the Belaz museum, the assembly shop, an electric bus ride through the factory, a photo shoot with the largest cars. Everyone liked it. And in the buffet there are the most authentic cakes from childhood, of the highest quality, I advise everyone!!
It's a wonderful factory. I advise you to take an excursion. It's very interesting for children. You can even ride a Belaz and visit one of the workshops.
