Now it is rather in the cocoon stage, when it seems that the caterpillar is dead, but reconstructive processes are taking place inside, which have every chance of ending in a "butterfly", the main thing is not to fuck up consumers, as BATE did. The investment project for 40 million euros is being implemented until 2023, it is not worth waiting for a breakthrough before this period, and the biggest risk is a dubious selection of senior staff from among their classmates / classmates, friends, yesterday's students without serious experience and the departure of qualified specialists who have an opinion that does not coincide with the opinion of the main "rower" of the plant.
