The building is new, large, no frills. The collection is not very rich, but everything is built logically and correctly. From what I remember, there are several high-quality works (paintings) in the style of socialist realism and a very old tractor. The tractor is similar, I'm not an expert in this, to the one in Pinsk.
Nice museum near the train station. I managed to get to the delightful exhibition of Sergey Drozdov's toys. In addition, I really liked the exposition on the first floor. Friendly staff who, outside of excursions, will be happy to tell interesting facts about individual exhibits.
A beautiful museum building. The exhibits are interesting, you can look at interesting objects of the life of our ancestors. Various interesting exhibitions are also held in the museum building. The staff is polite and friendly.
Complete disappointment.... Sorry for the money spent. Let's go to the exhibition "Secrets of the ancient ocean". Let's start with the fact that for 6 rubles, a small room, not an exhibition hall. Of the exhibits of the ancient ocean, 5, FIVE, exhibits. Everything else is modern. And there wasn't much of it. Half of the exhibits had no signatures. And if they did, then something is not suitable. We will remember the signature of "MALYUSKI" for a long time, the museum has shown its knowledge of the Russian language in every possible way. Once again, I am completely disappointed, I do not recommend it to anyone
The building is new, slightly futuristic, and the exposition is old. The Stone Age, a bit of the Bronze Age, a piece of the Russian Empire, the war and the successes of socialist construction - that's the whole history of the region in the history of the country. Time has not spared the city, there are practically no architectural monuments, the museum could become a real repository of history, but in fact it remained a warehouse of potsherds, stuffed animals, bast shoes and machine guns.
We decided to take the child on an excursion to the museum of Zhlobin, to an exhibition of tropical animals. There's nothing to look at.... All the exhibits are at a height, so the child had to be carried in his arms.
The best tour I've ever been on! A wonderful guide who knows how to arouse interest in history, and in some moments even bring her story to goosebumps 🥹
