This is rather not a museum of the city of Gomel, but just a collection of things from different times. In general, the museum's exposition is very modest, the size of the museum is very small, and the ticket price (8,20) is very much overstated for such a collection. You'd better go to the museum of military glory or the museum in the Patskevich Palace in the park, they are nearby, there is much more interesting and more exposition.
