I had a pleasant impression of visiting this attraction. We were passing through Aralsk, we stopped by to look at the ships. The former embankment is now a recreation park with playgrounds and benches. There are several ships on display, you can approach the shore where there was once a sea and a cargo port. If you want to visit the museum itself, then you need to focus on the opening hours, as well as the ships and the embankment are open access around the clock.

A small but very informative and very atmospheric museum. I was especially impressed by the large screens - windows that create a 100% feeling of rocking on the ship.
It feels like the museum was made with the soul of people who are not indifferent.

If you want to know and feel the scale and consequences of the tragedy of the Aral Sea, then you are here.
Exhibits of both fishing and other crafts related to the activities of people living on the coast of the Former Aral Sea are presented.
Also, old port cranes have been preserved near the museum. Looking at the whole picture and realizing that there was once a sea here until recently...It's getting creepy.
But the ships lying on the former bottom have been gone for a long time. The locals have stolen everything for scrap.
