We recently visited your museum with the children. I was surprised that for a small fee, they arranged a tour especially for us. Many exhibits and the atmosphere of that time did not leave us indifferent. It was as if we were transported back to the old days and experienced everything with the heroes of the war.
Thank you very much to the museum staff for keeping the memory of the last war and its heroes, thanks to whom we live under a peaceful sky.
Visit this museum, you will not regret it!!!It was interesting for me and the children.
She visited the museum in July 2023, visiting her family. Very informative. I really regretted that there was no guide that day. Many of the inscriptions are impossible to read. I really wish such a wonderful museum, interesting, informative and not only for the younger generation, that funds be allocated to maintain the exposition at a well-deserved level. I'm impressed. I learned many facts for the first time. Thanks to the museum staff who have preserved the history of our native Belarus for us. Sincerely, Maria, Moscow.
Quite an interesting military museum for a small town. A solid collection of weapons (mauser, tt, revolver, Mosin sniper rifle, Kalashnikov assault rifles, Thomson, ppsh, etc.) is presented, which can be touched and photographed for memory.
A good museum and exhibition, as many as 2 floors. On the 1st from the first settlements, to what the hut looked like inside (a life-size layout). 2nd floor: the Patriotic War of 1812 (Napoleon's army stood in this Dokshitsky district), after the 1st World War, exhibits of the Second World War with exhibits of the life of the Zheleznyak partisan movement. All the exhibits are original, some can be touched and held
An interesting place...In which you can touch the story... Learn the history of the region..
to see the artifacts and learn about the life of our ancestors .. and much more
I was very impressed. Despite the fact that the museum is very small, the section dedicated to the partisan movement is quite complete. The first floor is dedicated to peasant life and is not so interesting.
The museum, although not large, contains many living exhibits. I wanted the child to feel the brutal war and remember the grief of the people. The panorama "Underground Hospital" reflects the heavy burden of the Belarusian partisans.
I specially stopped by this museum, rested nearby in a sanatorium. There was one employee, it was winter, it was cold, but she welcomed my wife and me very cordially and took us through the entire exposition. Very informative. Winter 2017
Very interesting expositions from the time of the Second World War. The museum building was shelled during the war, everything is visible on the facade of the building.
