The organization of excursions is disgusting. Nowhere does it say that you need to sign up for an excursion in advance, on working days, before 18.00. Even on the information stand at the entrance there is no such thing. It turns out that if you want to go on an excursion to Belaz, call a week in advance. Belaz's website opens crookedly on the phone, everything is awry. They called on the phone on the website, the autoinformer remarkably reported that excursions take place daily, and the fact that it is necessary to pre-register on a working day was omitted by the autoinformer. We arrived, and we were met at the checkpoint by a young man and a very unfriendly woman in her 50s. The guy talked and explained normally, and his partner discouraged all desire not to come back here, but even to sign up. We arrived in Minsk from Moscow on Saturday and decided to go on an excursion. But there was a complete bummer!!! I have been working in the field of excursions for almost 10 years and so that I would not accept an order during some non-working hours, this is an unacceptable luxury. There are simply no non-working days to make an appointment for a tour. I am sure that on Saturday and Sunday at the entrance there should be an excursion organizer who would add people to groups or individual excursions.

The museum itself is a good one, the history of the establishment and development of the plant. But I would like to be interactive, there used to be an interactive dump truck panel, you could start and hear the sound of a mining dump truck starting, now it is not there. You can get to the museum only by appointment for an excursion, you will not get to the museum yourself, since it is located on the territory of the enterprise.

Everything is fine, but there are not enough general photos of representatives-workers of production workshops. People who actually create machine parts from metal according to drawings!
