As far as I remember from history, engineer Kastalsky built it for himself a long time ago, but then sold it to the city for a gymnasium. A good monument of antiquity, it is very pleasant to be in such buildings, the feeling that the walls transmit some kind of energy. It's nice that it has been preserved
