It is a pity that the building is in such a state. Without a doubt, it has seen a lot. There is also a grand piano on the ground floor, and in the corners are scattered sheet music and party archives with personal files of prominent people. The story is going away... From the second floor, through an empty window opening, it is very good to admire the frolicking dolphins... It would be great if the music school was restored. But it would not be bad to just save such a structure. For other purposes.

Yes, the school is abandoned. There is a grand piano in the hall on the ground floor. The personal files of the school staff are scattered in the classrooms. Another thing is striking - a music school in the very center of the city, on the embankment, 30 meters from the sea. Not a restaurant, not a boarding house, but a music school. After all, it was necessary to appreciate music in order to allocate such a place for a school.

A wonderful abandonment. There are two gorgeous grand pianos inside. For 30 years of oblivion, they still build in places- they sound. My husband played Rachmaninoff. The incredible Blüthner grand piano in the former concert hall survived the war and the sea humidity. Sheet music and portraits of composers are scattered everywhere.
