But there are a few buts - before coming to the trial lesson, for some reason they do not orient where exactly to look, I climbed polzybitskaya until I found the entrance, in the evening I called the administrator to clarify how to pass, that's another quest. And in fact - in the evening there are no administrators at the counter more often, he is "somewhere nearby". Once the girl was on the spot all the time, and I'm not sure that I wanted to hear about the internal kitchen on such a scale (active discussions with a colleague). The teacher is just a fire. The client service on the part of administrators has a lot to strive for.
In terms of location and teachers, it is a very good school. The administration would like to optimize lesson entries, because sometimes the windows are not fixed, then there is no teacher, and no one notifies you. There is simply no administrator in the lower school.

The experience of interacting with this institution left a negative impression. I paid a subscription for my son's 8 guitar lessons. We live outside the city, my son spent 1.5 hours of time one way to get to class. As a result, for various reasons, the first two lessons did not take place. The son came, but they did not study with him, then they messed up the schedule, then canceled the lesson, then two lessons took place, the next time the son came to an agreed lesson, and the door was simply closed at this school. No one answered the phone. Only in the evening, from another room, the administrator Yana reported that there were overlaps in the schedule. They cancel the lesson, don't report it, don't pick up the phone. This is a "charade" office. Don't waste your time. Another question is how they will return the money.
