The seller is Ivan ham.In May, we bought 3 hooks, a toilet brush and a towel holder in the amount of 500 rubles, the metal color was bronze, everything was stored in its original packaging, when it was time to install, we opened and saw black spots on all items on the metal (produced in the Czech Republic)!!! We arrived at the store, showed Ivan, he says, now I'll fix everything with a cotton pad! Apparently, it's not his first time. We demand a refund for the low-quality product that is available! They don't give us any information for 2 days, no one calls, Ivan said, wait up to 15 days for a response from the factory! So no! Your store fulfills its obligations to us, we did not buy from the factory! To my claim that they do not intend to wait so long, he said contact and write wherever you want!!! I'll tell you honestly, Ivan, if such an employee worked in my store, it would be your last working day! You are clearly out of place!
