Quite cheap hotel but it’s still good. I really enjoyed the animation team, Carlos was the best one👍🏻 highly recommend to go there and watch him

I had a vacation in September 2024.The room is large, it overlooks the pool, where music was playing loudly, there was no rest at lunch. By 23 o'clock there was silence. The room cleaning was mediocre, especially outraged by the state of the plumbing, the flush tank was constantly leaking, and the toilet was very dirty. I had to wash everything myself. When asked to fix it, the reception nodded their heads, but did not actually do anything. The cleaners were walking around the hotel in rubber boots, screaming very loudly in the corridors in the morning. The tourists are mostly foreigners: Poles, Serbs. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk away, there are few sun beds, excellent access, fine sand, with children it's the best. They don't clean the beaches, there's garbage all around. There is no changing room, bar or toilet on the beach. We were fed enough, we weren't hungry, but don't expect languages like in resorts for Russians, everything is tight. Not far from the hotel there are hypermarkets, a Playground illuminated in the evening. Maybe take a minibus to the city for a walk.

We had a rest in the middle of July 2024. In general, I liked the rest. Of the advantages of the hotel: excellent staff, they pull for 5 minutes, they always meet us halfway, we were checked in at 11 a.m., but the room was slightly smaller than the stated one, we talked with the manager and the next day changed the room to a real Standard, it is larger than the one we were given, on the side where there is no direct sun Yu! Thanks to him! When we checked out, we asked for a room before 14 and the manager agreed! Not everyone goes for it, it's important! There is not much food, but it is of high quality and you can always find something to eat. The area is small but cozy, there were always some programs around the pool, we did not participate in them, it was too hot there. The rooms were always cleaned, there were no problems with towels, beach towels were always given out. As for the beach, it is all dirty, not only the beach of the hotel, in general. The sun beds were occupied by people, there are no mattresses on them, we went to the beach near Star Beach, there are no problems with sun beds, but they are paid 400 liras 2 sun beds and an umbrella, 200 liras 1 sun lounger and an umbrella. The sea is not always clean, there are a lot of algae, especially when the waves are, there is a small part where the stones are visible, so it is better to go around where they are interrupted. There are no smoking areas, everyone smokes everywhere and always!
A hotel for a relaxing holiday! It is not suitable for young people. The location is good, close to the bazaar, Bim, shopping centers. There are many private villas nearby, very beautiful.
In general, everything is very good, we took one of the most inexpensive tours, we wanted to go to Kusadasi, for those who are not very picky and for those who come not to eat and not to look for flaws, but to the sea and for a relaxing holiday here! But Kusadasi did not impress us much, it is quite an ordinary town, in the center of Alanya, almost the same with a fortress) But here is a different Turkey, not like on the Mediterranean Sea, here is Europe.
