I got into the clinic "my city Dentist" in 2021. The clinic is very cozy, in general, such attention to the patient helped me overcome fear. I was greeted very kindly and escorted to the doctor .The doctor came out to meet me with a big smile. Then all the fear was gone. The doctor immediately liked him, told him everything about the operation, all the stages of the operation were agreed upon. The doctor confidently said that everything would be fine. Dr. Suren is very attentive, polite, collected. During the operation, the doctor proved himself to be a professional in his field. The assistants were attentive and very supportive. Overall, a very great team, everyone knew their job, it's like one family. Dr. Suren, I sincerely thank you for your efforts, diligence, professionalism, kindness of heart and great skill. It was a terrible experience. I was changing the ceramic crown here. But first things first:
I signed up for a certain day and a certain time. Arriving on time, I waited 1 hour (!!!) After that, they told me that there was no doctor, he was undergoing surgery and I had to come another time. God himself has already tried to give me a sign, but unfortunately I ignored it.:(
So, I signed up for another day. After arriving and continuing for half an hour, I was informed that there was no doctor and he would not come. Then why record this time for the second time? Okay I was offered an examination by another doctor, and I agreed. The doctor took a picture, took off the old crown and told me to come back next time to get a new crown.
I've made an appointment for the next available date. Came. My doctor was on site this time, thank God. True, I had to wait 40 minutes again, but come on. I'm used to it. But here the most interesting thing begins....
The doctor made a cast and... cut off part of my gum and didn't tell me anything about it. I didn't know about it, I didn't feel it because of the anesthesia. He just said to rinse my mouth. When I got home and the anesthesia went away, I thought I was going to die of pain :(it was terrible. I suffered for a long time, I lived on pain relief. But then I decided that all this pain was for a reason.… I started calling the clinic. No one answered the phone. And then someone picked up the phone and immediately dropped it. I called all the time. I definitely called 30 times. Then I went on Instagram and realized why no one was picking up the phone. Because it's a holiday in their clinic - they drink champagne and eat ice cream. While I (their patient) am dying of pain. I wrote to them on Instagram, but they read it and did not respond.
I bought a special dental ointment and lived until the next morning. I called the clinic. I was told that I could arrive in 3 days. I said the pain was unbearable and then they offered time in 2 hours. I arrived, they told me that half of my gums had been cut off to put on a crown (although when they did the old one, they didn't cut anything for me). They gave me an injection and told me to smear it with sea buckthorn oil. In general, I was on pain medication for a week.
A week later, the gum did not heal, but I already had an appointment to put on a crown. According to my knowledge, I came half an hour later. But I had to come 2 hours later. Because I had to wait a very long time again. There was no doctor. Although I had a scheduled appointment. Okay; okay. I had this crown measured and removed by 3 different dentists. Every time I put it on and took it off, my gums bled and I was in pain. When the doctor came (2 hours later) and began to put on the crown, I burst into tears from the pain. This is my first time doing this. I fell off a motorcycle, got tattoos and did bikini electroepilation without ice cream. And I've never been IN SO MUCH PAIN!!!
In general, with grief in half, they put this crown on me; they eroded it. I rinsed my mouth, but I felt that there was something spicy. When I came home, I saw in the mirror that the fragments from the crown were stuck between the teeth, settled on the mucous membrane. I flossed between my teeth.
A month has passed. An unpleasant smell appeared from under the crown.
1.5 years have passed - the crown just fell off. So much for VIP dentists.
