We are resting now. A modest hotel. Up to the point that the mini bar is replenished with only 1 liter of water for all (4 of us), the food is modest. There's a better snack bar. The only desserts are surprisingly decent. The room is clean and spacious. We have a 2-room family. 2 small pools. The sea is 600 meters away and the beach is not very good either. We had a family vacation from the 16th to the 30th of May. The attitude of the staff to everyone, without exception, is even and friendly. Communication with vacationers is friendly, I did not notice any disregard for Russians, the British, Germans, Scandinavians are ordinary people without pretensions and arrogance who came to relax and someone to break away. The compatriots who performed "Katyusha" at 3 a.m. with an inebriated female trio were "pleased." I noticed an interesting feature, if screams from the playground are heard at night, these are OURS. This was the case in China, Egypt, and Turkey. Nostalgia for five-story buildings? Gentlemen, don't you have enough bars? The food is varied: meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, herbs, sweets. The bars have a large selection of alcohol from beer to vodka-whiskey. Elite drinks for money. The mir card is more profitable when paying in stores than in cash. The rooms were cleaned daily with a change of towels and a change of bed linen on three days. There were enough sun beds by the pool for everyone, even at 10.11 a third was free. The beach is mostly in Russia, well, we came to the sea, 1/4 of the beach was occupied. The bars and pools are mostly European. The territory of the hotel is small, compact, 7 minutes to the sea, crawling. There is a bar on the beach-beer, soft drinks, c12 French fries, vegetables, salads, DIY cheeseburger cutlets. 5 minutes across the highway towards Alanya shops. On Wednesdays, there is a clothing store on Fevzi Chakmak Street and then a vegetable market, walking about a kilometer. it is necessary to bargain. During the rest, we went on excursions to Cappadocia /Goreme Museum, Fairy Valley, Devlent Valley, underground city, parade of balloons/, Pammukale and Alanya. Alanya is 30 minutes away. by bus. It is better to go to Alanya yourself, you can go shopping, there is an official exchanger where they change any currency at the official exchange rate. There are many cafes, stroll around the fortress, sunbathe on Cleopatra beach.

We are currently resting in this hotel.
We checked in at night on the 17th, in the evening the night shift in the lobby said that they were now checking into available rooms, in the morning we could come up and change the room, as there would be a Russian-speaking employee.
We moved into building A, a room for three, old furniture, mansard roof. The air conditioner is set up so that it blows on the bed. In the morning, we decided to go to the reception and ask to change the room, but there was no Russian-speaking girl, there was a chief employee, as we found out later. He told us that tomorrow morning you will come and there will be a girl, we will need to resolve the issue with her.
In the evening, our relatives arrived at the hotel, they were settled in building C. The room is very nice, the furniture is new, the air conditioning is set up as needed. We decided that we would go again in the morning.
In the morning after breakfast I went to the reception, there was a girl who speaks Russian. After listening to my request, she said to resolve the issue with her boss, and this is exactly the man who told us a day ago to come up in the morning and resolve the issue with the girl…
I'm in a position, I started to explain the reason, to which he says that there are no rooms available, but allegedly those rooms that will be available today are all on the reservation. But why did no one offer to apply for a reserve for a room change all these days, but only fed us breakfast.
I began to insist, my nerves could not stand it, I burst into tears. I said I wasn't going anywhere until the number was replaced. I was refused, another woman came up, who also speaks Russian, and started telling me that she could come up again tomorrow morning!!!
It didn't matter to me whether they would change it or not, but the tone of communication killed me, a pregnant girl in tears asked to change the room even for a fee, no one apologized, did not try to calm down. But I only heard the indifferent answer "no". I just left silently, this is the first time I've seen such an attitude from the staff. We have been to Turkey 5 times and vacationed in different hotels, but not a single employee communicated with me like that at the reception.
The food at the hotel is good, without frills, but you will not stay hungry. The only drawback is that you can't find a place for lunch and dinner, so everyone takes up space in advance.
The territory is not large, but everything is compact.
The sea is very good, the entrance is smooth, there are more waves in the evening. Sunbeds are occupied in the morning by the sea, after lunch you can already find a place for yourself.
The animation is weak, almost no one is visible.

We rested at this hotel from 07/14.21 to 07/21.21. In general, the hotel is good, but there are disadvantages:
the sea from the hotel from the nearest building is 5 minutes at an average pace, from the far building 8 minutes along the "river" (covered with an awning) with croaking frogs. At the entrance to the sea (at the level of the waist, armpits) there are a few stones of different sizes with uneven edges. The reception staff are rude, they don't care about your problems (our air conditioner didn't work and we waited a day for it to be fixed, they didn't want to change the room either: there are no available rooms, come tomorrow, and so every day). Drinking water: 1.5 liters per room per day in the heat!!! The main problem in Covid conditions: not all hotel staff wear masks, people cut bread for themselves in the restroom, make sandwiches (self-service, and what kind of clean hands they did before you or not is anyone's guess, yes there are disposable gloves, but not all people are ready to put them on).
For those who are willing to overpay for a sea view: it will not be visible from any building (far from the sea and because of other nearby hotels)!!!
Pros: the territory of the hotel is huge, 4 pools, water slides, animation, despite the early arrival we were immediately sent for breakfast and you can use all the services of the hotel, and check-in to the room strictly from 12:00. You can make sandwiches (burgers) back on the road which is very convenient.
It took 2 hours to get from the airport to the hotel!!!

We had a rest with a friend 04.10.21-14.10.21. I am delighted with the hotel, perhaps there is a better one in Turkey, but this is a decent hotel. The road to the sea is 3.57 minutes), the green corridor we named this road. The beach is clean, the sea entrance is excellent. The guys on the beach work great, keep everything clean and communicate well with vacationers. The staff at the hotel is also excellent, and most importantly, the bartender Yusuf, but he is always tormented with drinks, because he pampers vacationers (do not spare tips to the guys). The food was decent, everything was fish and meat. The animators are cool guys, the girls were already tortured by the campaign.
The spa is good, the girls do the massage well.
In general, I advise you.. It's atmospheric and soulful there

Good hotel, good service and food. We were a family of 3 people. One thing only surprised and discouraged. The child is 10 years old. I constantly asked to come to the room because of the huge number of people smoking around. Women and Germans smoke more, in our opinion. Even my wife and I were uncomfortable. How did you end up in the smoking room of the airport. And this is for adults. It's harder for the children...
we won't go to this smoking room with the children again. Although we really liked the hotel and the service.
Conclusion: the hotel is for smokers.

We are resting here with my husband for the first day, but I can immediately say that they are far from solid 5! Upon check-in at the reception, they offered the only room supposedly on the 1st floor and said it was better to have a sea view, but with an additional payment of $ 10 per person per day. In total, we were counted $ 120 for 6 nights. This is building D. My husband did not argue and we checked into this room. In general, the room is like a room, but the first thing that caught my eye was the stains on the bed 🙈I have never seen such a thing in the top five!!! There is nothing more to add yet! The food is excellent, a lot of fruits, fish is even more or less decent, a variety of dishes. The staff is friendly in general. There are different people on vacation: Germans and other nationalities, there are many Russians.

We have been breathing with our son since 07/28/2021, there is not much to compare with, since I was in Turkey only once in a sickening three. In this hotel, the sea is very close, about 2 minutes, if you live in the extreme building, the sea is clean, there are stones, but this is not critical, there are always free sun beds on the beach, but finding a sunbed by the pool after 10 am is a problem. FOOD - there is nothing to complain about, you will always find something to eat, it's a problem with soups, you want ordinary soup, not cream. There is even beef, fish, chicken, turkey - always. The area is gorgeous, there are many bars, places to relax. ANIMATION is a complete failure here. Animators are arrogant, lazy, children's animation suffers in the evenings. The half-dead girl barely speaks. The evening programs are not bad, it's interesting, it's a pity I almost didn't reach them (there is a big time difference from home). It was stated to go to the hotel in 2- 2.5 hours, but we drove all 4! It was hell. The driver did not know any hotels, he called before each one, asked for directions. I will no longer torment you with my tedious review, I give the hotel 4 out of 5
