The best restaurant in this city! The food is just a delight! Each dish is so perfect that you want to remember the aftertaste for a very long time! The serving is fast and very interesting, even in the simplest dish you can feel the author's hand!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! I definitely recommend visiting, we were very lucky, we sat down without reservation, which is very rare in this institution.

We were sitting in a big company.Everyone was delighted. We ordered khinkali, delicious salads and meat.Everything was wonderful. We have been traveling around Georgia for several days and this is our first negative experience.
On a five-point scale:
Food 4

The waiting time is 0
I explained everything to the waiters, if they are not indifferent to the case, they must improve.
1. Hot dishes have been waiting for a long time.
2. Specifically, dessert and coffee were waiting for a VERY long time (about 2 (!) hours)!
3. Periodically, some dishes and drinks were brought. They were, of course, used. But no one was going to take the dishes off the table at all.
We sat at the table with dirty dishes for 40 minutes. And only after two (!) remarks, the table was removed.
At the very beginning, there were many guests in the hall, so they were sympathetic to the delays. But when the main number of guests left, 30-40 minutes passed and nothing improved, I'm sorry, I didn't understand!
One of the advantages is a clean bathroom.node.
Good luck and bug fixes.
P.S. After all the above, I asked for the bill, received it after the second attempt in 20 minutes ... again, the bill is 20 minutes.

I liked the restaurant very much, everything was delicious, especially the Khinkali. The interior and service are also excellent. Borjomi is probably the best place, the owner of the hotel where we stayed advised us. Having traveled all over Georgia, this place was remembered as one of the best.Definitely 5+

It was very tasty, but we waited a long time (a little more than 30 minutes), although there were only 2 soups and a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers in the order. The salad has a wonderful nutty dressing, but there are too many onions.
The soups - pumpkin and chicken - are delicious! I would like some pumpkin croutons, they would perfectly complement the dish.
The toilets are clean, modern, and all the accessories are there.
The interior of the halls themselves is pleasant, the wooden chairs are a bit harsh 😅
The hostess is very courteous and caring, apologized for the noisy company at the other end of the hall))) The staff understands Russian.

We went to this restaurant a couple of times for dinner and lunch. A big place for Borjomi: several tables on the street and two floors inside. The waiters try their best, with high occupancy of the halls, they run without exaggeration. The waiting time depends on the filling of the restaurant.
The food is normal, we didn't find any frankly unsuccessful dishes. But at the same time, in a not very budget-friendly place, I wanted to try tastier dishes. Two-course lunch for three (without dessert and alcohol) about 100 liters.

We have already been to Borjomi twice and both times we came here to eat. Very tasty dishes, I ate the most delicious khinkali here-big and juicy, I did not like khinkali so much in any institution in Tbilisi. We took shish kebab, carbonara, khachapuri, salads. Sooooooo long wait! Two thirds of the tables are free, and the first course was waited for more than half an hour. The food is so-so. You can eat, but without much pleasure. Everything is undercooked, unsalted, fish with scales! The music in the hall was constantly interrupted. We won't come here anymore.

We were in this restaurant on 05/3/2024. Terrible service - 1 part of the order was delivered quickly, but the pork was over-dried and tasteless, about the 2 part of the order was generally forgotten. We started to get indignant after 40 minutes, after which the receptionist came running to us and said that the kitchen did not know about the order, although the waiters pronounced our ordered dishes. We waited another 20 minutes for our food. After invoicing, it turned out that they had broken through an extra position, and as we asked them to come to us to tell us where they came from, they came running with a new account even without our explanations. Apparently, they wanted to get some extra money, but it didn't work out. As a result, I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Это лучшее место в Боржоми для вкусного обеда и ужина. Хозяйка - мега классная, вкладывается лично в сервис для каждого гостя, это сразу чувствуется. Мы ели баклажаны с орехами, овощной салат, чанахи и люля кебаб . И каждое блюдо было настолько вкусным, что через день мы пришли еще на кофе с пирожными , и не пожалели . Самое вдохновенное кафе в Боржоми.

We were in Borjomi on New Year's holidays, after swimming in the springs we really wanted something hot and delicious. We found this cafe, and although there were practically no free places, it was lunchtime, they found a place for us and gave us sooo delicious food, everything was on top and desserts too. Посоветовали ресторан местные жители. Отличный ресторан по цене и качеству. Просторный. Официанты внимательные, приветливые. Поворам отдельное спасибо! Пошли на уступки, приготовили детям отдельные блюда по их пристрастиям. Блюда ждали не долго, есть быстрый вай фай.
Очень рекомендуем!

Долго ждать заказа. Но все остальное - мое почтение, вкусная еда(достаточно дорогая - место туристическое) - форель - это всегда хороший выбор. Пробовали хинкали, десерты. Прикольные тарелки)

Сегодня посетили данное заведение. Сели за стол в центре зала, потому как на втором этаже все столы были забронированы. Стали ждать, когда принесут меню для выбора блюд. Прошло время, около 7-10 минут, никто не подошёл, хотя официанты стали обслуживать других посетителей, которые пришли позже нас. На наше замечание никто не обратил внимания. Через 5 минут встали ушли. До этого посетили рестораны в Тбилиси, Батуми, везде встречали доброжелательно, сердечно. Но это заведение просто вне "конкуренции по обслуживанию и доброжелательности" к посетителям. Поэтому, если не хотите к себе плевательского отношения и испорченного настроения, не посещайте это колхозно-кишлачное заведение. Чуть дальше по направлению к мосту есть великолепный ресторан "Old Borjomi" с прекрасной, вкусной кухней и вежливым, приветливым персоналом. Очень рекомендую, не пожалеете!

Совсем не понравилось обслуживание. Столько хвалебных отзывов и кафе совсем рядом с апартаментами, где я поселилась, а идти туда больше не хочется. Из хорошего интерьер и кондиционер. Очень неприятный осадок остался.
Аджапсандали явно не конёк этого заведения. Очень жидко по консистенции. Крайне мало баклажанов.

Хорошее кафе,уютное. Еда вкусная. Персонал не обучен,что придает кафе большой минус. За сдачей сами ходили, разбирались. За соседним столиком не принесли часть заказа,а в счет включили,они тоже разбирались.

Зашли поужинать, остались довольны.
Хинкали от 2 лари, хачапури аджарское 15, греческий салат 12, картошка фри 8, суп куриный 12) все вкусное. Обслуживание было быстрое. В субботу вечером.

Ужаснейшее место.
Мы прождали 40 минут только ради того, чтобы узнать, что часть заказа, предназначенная ребёнку, официантка просто забыла!
Среди прочего упомяну только одну мелочь: к кафе (оно расположено на улице) регулярно подъезжают на машинах какие-то знакомые сотрудников и считают своим долгом посигналить. Ну и сами сотрудники переговариваются со знакомцами на другой стороне улицы с помощью неистовых криков.
В общем мы сбежали оттуда в ужасе.

В шашлыке попался волос!
Подходили три официанта, никто даже не извинился за это. Шашлык забрали, блюдо не заменили. Хорошо, что в счёт не включили.
Остальная еда была вкусной, но этот случай и отношение сотрудников к ситуации испортило все впечатление.
В общем, у ресторана есть проблемы с соблюдением санитарных норм.

Ни в коем случае! Если вам дороги ваши нервы, время, желудочно-кишечный тракт и деньги-обходите это место стороной!
Ждали заказ 50!!! Минут, при том что в кафе было помимо нас 2 человека. Еда отвратительная, мясо жесткое, с жилами, форель зажаренная, картошку есть вообще не возможно. Ну а сервис это отдельная песня-приносят сначала второе, через 10 минут суп, при этом 1/3 заказа забыли, хлеб и соус к шашлыку принесли в конце, когда это все уже было не актуально. В общем это даже не дно, это ниже дна.
