It used to be better! 3.5 out of 5. The master massage therapists themselves are quite good, they do high-quality massage. SPA treatments are performed on a high level. The recreational complex is small in size, but everything necessary for recreation is available and works properly. I didn't like that the price for a massage of one zone was recently raised, now it's 11 instead of 8 thousand. This is almost 70% of the cost of a full-fledged massage. There are small discounts for hotel guests, but only for 2 types of massage. I will not name the name in this radius, but there are spa centers much newer and better in terms of price/quality ratio. The administration's communication with clients is good.

Good massage, slightly uncomfortable location inside. The sauna is downstairs and in order to get to the massage afterwards, you have to walk through the hallway in a bathrobe to the elevator where people can both sit and ride.

I went through the spa procedure, I liked the masseuses, they did their job 100%. As for the employees, I would like more attention from them. Because for those who are new to it, it is not clear where to go. Or they would have put signs where to go in stages (I was not alone). There are very few places in the locker room, it would be better to divide the area with cabinets, as in fitness centers. And the biggest disadvantage is the slippery floor, and one-time slippers are not suitable for the shower and pool area, they are designed for indoor use. If you fall, you will not be able to do without injuries. You should bring rubber slates with you. (Although I asked what to bring with me, they said everything is there). In the shower room, it would be better to have hooks on the doors or near each door to hang towels, rather than in one place in common. After other new spa salons, Mai Tai is already outdated (lagged behind), it is necessary to make modern repairs inside, or upgrade it.
