The Myadel Calvary is a unique historical and architectural complex located on the northern outskirts of the city of Myadel, Minsk region.
The word "calvary" itself comes from the Latin name of Calvary – Calvaria.
Now calvaria is a circular route that begins near the northern outskirts of Myadel and symbolically repeats the path taken by Jesus Christ before the crucifixion.
By the 250th anniversary of the shrine, most of the chapels were reconstructed. Currently, 14 stations have been reconstructed.
🏞 The route with a length of about 2 km runs on both sides of the highway through the forest. It starts on the right side of the highway and ends on the left on the Mountain of Three Crosses – the local equivalent of Golgotha.
I have been to this place twice, now right at dawn, when everyone is still asleep, when silence and tranquility envelop, walked along this route, got into it, I recommend it to everyone, even if you are far from religion, it is worth it

Myadelskaya is one of the ten most famous European calvaries. Therefore, this place is more interesting for believers. Those who are ignorant of the Passion of Christ will probably not be interested here. If you believe the local legend, Anthony Koshchyts, who owned the town, saw the appearance of the Virgin Mary, who indicated the place where the shrine should be erected in the form of several small chapels. And by the end of the XVIII century, a copy of the Cross Road in Jerusalem appeared in the town, consisting of 21 chapels. Unfortunately, they were destroyed. Only 14 were built anew. The starting point of the "Way of Christ" is at the entrance arch, and on the mountain of three Crosses is the final one. A stone was placed in the gate, which came from the Carmelite Monastery in Haifa. the final part of the way is on the other side of the highway - you need to turn left when entering the highway, then turn right at the first lapel and almost immediately turn left again.
The highlight of the city! I definitely haven't seen this anywhere else. You can walk a path that repeats the last path of Jesus Christ. Two kilometers with 13 chapels, each depicting scenes from the Bible. Mosquitoes are scum, otherwise it's definitely worth a walk once. I put this landmark in the second place in importance for the city after the lake. ZY. it will be difficult, but you hold on.
In the middle of a long road, it was very cool to walk to warm up in good weather through a beautiful forest, along the calvary trail. It's a curious place. I'm not a fan of all sorts of religious stuff, but it's really something unusual both in essence and in execution. Everything is well-groomed, inspected, a great idea. Unfortunately, we have only passed the path on one side of the road. Therefore, they did not get to the observation deck. Next time we will definitely stop to watch and catch up!)
I really liked the place!!! The guide interestingly told about the way of Christ to Golgotha, connecting the way with our life. I recommend to visit, and definitely with a guide!!!

An interesting place with its rich history. We were passing through. We will definitely take more time next time if necessary. I recommend you to visit.
A field with blooming poppies and cornflowers... It's been a long time since I've seen anything like this. And bells are like a bell because there is a memory and it does not erase even after 30-40 years. Thanks to Belarus, they returned me to my youth. In that youth, when the sky is higher, and the colors are brighter, and ... all wars are very far away.
An interesting place near the Meat itself. It is beautifully done, there is cleanliness and order around. In addition to the religious component, there is also a place of unity with nature.
Believers will be interested. And just like a long walk through the woods, it's also nice. All the inscriptions on the information plates are in Polish.
In the 18th century, the Myadel Calvary was one of the ten most revered places in Europe, pilgrims tried to come here. The complex includes the entrance gate of Forgiveness and 14 chapels. Two stones are embedded in the gate: from the Carmelite monastery from the city of Haifa in Israel and the Zebrzydowski Calvary from Poland.
In fact, it is an exact copy of the last way of Jesus Christ to Calvary, almost two km long, with chapels built every 150 meters, each of which symbolizes one of the 14 episodes of the way of Jesus Christ to Calvary. There is also another name for this place, Myadel Jerusalem
Passing by on the road, only the gate of forgiveness is visible, and it is difficult to guess that you need to follow the path past the gate into the depths of the forest.
If you are there nearby, then be sure to stop and walk all the way, which will be completed by three crosses and a chapel.
A very beautiful place of status for Christians, endowed with its indescribable energy. The surrounding nature is simply gorgeous. A must-visit. Preferably, before the trip, eliminate historical gaps, then it will be even more interesting.

This is a super place, you can take a ride in a light SUV, it's better to walk. It is advisable to have an idea of what kind of place it is earlier.
The Miadel calvary is one of the 10 most famous in Europe. It is encouraging that there are people who are ready to restore historical values. It's a good place.
It's a very interesting place. Well maintained. The route is on one side and the other side of the road. We did not immediately find the continuation of the route, but had to go in the direction of the sign "B.O. Rudakov" on the other side of the road.
A great discovery. I recommend it for all believers. It is ideal for visiting with the whole family and introducing children to God. An hour's walk through the pine forest.
A place with its own atmosphere , at the end there is an observation deck. Informative. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the summer while walking along the trail)))
The way of Christ to Golgotha is described. The story is told on tablets with inserts from the Bible and Scriptures. The whole way is about 2 kilometers with noticeable height differences. Very informative.
