We were a regular customer in this store .There was meat, a backbone, and fly eggs in the brains.They called the number on the package with a complaint, the receptionist answered, the woman was rude, said there was nothing wrong here.I tell her that I won't be able to eat it. In response, bring it, we will change it. Don't come to us anymore, you won't be served. A wonderful appeal to the buyer. I don't need to bow at my feet, just a human "sorry, we'll try not to do this anymore " In response, rudeness. Not a pleasant customer experience.
