It was 15.10 for the first time in this institution. The staff is friendly, the waiter is just handsome-he knows the menu perfectly. The kitchen is medium. Not wow, but not bad either. The dessert was very tasty. Loud music, not much to talk to. An institution for young people under 25. The older age has nothing to do there))) I took a gin & tonic from alcohol for myself. The waiter assured me that the Beefeater was included. But it feels like I doubt it very much in the morning. And no, I didn't drink too much)))))

I have never seen more illiterate employees in any institution in Belarus.
Upon arrival in the room, there was a sticky floor absolutely throughout the room, even in those places where it would seem difficult to spill something. Asked to clean - the cleaner wiped the floor by 10%, the remaining 90% of the floor remained sticky)
Trading from under the floor - well, what is it, you guys have to wait, wait for the check from the city executive committee.
The money is inflated, but this is a gross violation
The menu contains cola, fanta sprite - 250ml for 2.5 rubles, we were counted for 3 rubles, to the question "why?" The waitress said that 0.33 jars were brought to us (this is true, but this is not on the menu)
Boorish attitude towards customers: our friend was taken out of the establishment, who just closed his eyes and "smoked" a little (I REMIND YOU: we were sitting in a VIP room behind a wall and a curtain, we didn't bother anyone at all)
The guard did not even ask if he was ill, if he needed to go outside, the offer was put specifically: either you go out for 10 minutes, or you go out completely.
During the disputes with the administrator Valeria, who referred to their internal order of the rules, it turned out that there was no "sleep" clause in them)
And there is a point that sounds conditionally like this: if a client violates the rest and tranquility of other customers of the institution
7-10 minutes of sleep, it is difficult to inconvenience someone)
When I asked to see the norm from the administrative or civil code that regulates "sleep", Valeria ran away and did not come back)

I'm just shocked!!! A year ago I went to Mint, everything was OK, but now they've gone bad! The first is the wardrobe: I used to be in an institution, it was very convenient, I came, they stripped you and you immediately entered the hall, now you paid for the entrance, then went up to the wardrobe of Europe, stood in a kilometer-long queue with the contingent of Europe (and it is not elite, to put it mildly), only then you enter the hall. The second is a very kilometer-long bar and a crush near it, I think it is not normal to stand in line for a cocktail for 30 minutes, especially in which you pay for a couple of drops of rum that were poured with a sliding motion, and 250 ml of cola, 7.5 r for a minute, if compared with the settlements of Minsk, for example (where am I from I came to Gomel and went to this institution), then it will cost 10 rubles there, but alcohol will be measured out in special measuring glasses, and there will be the required amount, and not like here. Well, the DJ, it feels like he's just too lazy to do something, choose, adjust to the mood of the audience, and so on. And, of course, a great queue to pick up clothes!!! 1 hour in the crush and fights around!!! In short, I am deeply disappointed!!!!!

It was May 10th. I really liked it. Friendly atmosphere, everyone is very friendly. The guys are working on the positive side. I was especially pleased with the live vocals. Ksenia is a smart girl! I visited the institution every day for a week (bringing a lot of money to the institution). But on 09/11/2021, when the administrator Alina came to the institution at 21.00, she refused to serve me because there were no seats, although there were plenty of empty seats, then she asked for a deposit, which I agreed to pay, but Alina went further and said that she could not serve me because I was wearing the wrong clothes (!), apparently sweatpants, not a tailcoat. I think this is discrimination. Next, Alina pointed out the ridiculous rules of the institution, and she could not show exactly which rules forbid me to be in the institution. When I asked why they didn't kick out the customers in the hall, who were sitting in sneakers, Alina rudely said that she had the right not to serve me and went into the sunset. Dear management of the institution, please pay your attention to the likes of your employees, you have lost a client, and the money is only Alina's fault, it's time to be customer-oriented, and not to be a Soviet organization. I do not recommend this place to visit. And the parent organization, which gave the franchise right to this institution to pay attention to this incident, such cases generally cause reputational risks for the entire network.
