Order: salmon steak. The classic 40 minutes of waiting, a classic reminder from me - they bring a cold steak to the floor, there is a film on the sauce from boiling, I think it stood ready in the kitchen for 20 minutes.
I ordered beer for the steak, this is a separate story:
Waiter girl: only the crown is left of the beer.
After 15 minutes, the waiter guy arrives, sorry, there is no crown (it took 15 minutes to find out - a record). I can offer a hugarden. After 3 minutes, he said: there is no hegarden, there is only Heineken.
I'm taking it.
I drank it, please repeat, but there is no beer at all. This is with a full landing in the evening.
Conclusion - the manager should be fined, the staff too.
PS.: and of course, for excellent service, 15% is already in the bill 🤣
The establishments accept the same order in 15-20 minutes, they come up with the words no, order another dish, but I want what I like and what I want, in short, the waiters are not experienced, they do not even know what is and what is not in the kitchen, why take an order if it is not there at all, as if I am full but more there is no half of the dishes and the cut is shorter. A bad manager and all the staff need to be re-processed, set up correctly with the right personnel.
They bring the bill, pay in cash, round up the change in their favor, yes, 80 soms is not such a large amount, but we have to decide for ourselves whether to tip or not.
It's a terrible place, the waiters don't care about you until you call them and remind them about the order - they will never come to you, they don't seem to have beer at all, all questions are "Over, it's not there", cocktails are all the same, so that you don't order, they will bring the same thing, with the excuse "there's an intern at the bar today" (went 2 times in 2 different months, still interning). They did not wait for the food, they left earlier, although they ordered French fries and salad, which are made exactly less than an hour and a half.
